Oh...so glad to see this post!! I just felt I was the only one who was a bit annoyed yesterday. The CVs should actually understand and flesh out the character of a 23 year old girl a little more realistically. There have been several times in the past as well...when Aru was shown to be doing things quite unlike her character...in fact with both the leads, there have been glitches regarding character consistency. But yes, yesterday Aru's behaviour was a definite put off for me. Considering the way they have handled this whole sexual question between them...I had started to expect a maturer narrative. The "hyper" ness of Aru seeing herself on Mukhi was so...irritating, repetitive and getting a bit boring actually. They were clothed...and intoxicated!! Both have been closer physically when in senses...so, what was the need for such reactions and that insulting accusation, especially knowing Mukhi. She is not a distressed, abla, bechaari...why all of a sudden she behaves in such a silly-illogical way?? Somehow, with such things the majesty of the show suffers and makes things look average. Yes, it was a filler and for me, a lame episode actually!!

P.S. Just like you Pom...I have been listening to this song Bawra Mann dekhne chala ek sapna (From Hazaaron Khwahishen Aisi...) I find it to be a lilting, sensuous melody and somehow want a track wherein they can incorporate this song. Lets see.

I also thought that ARU was behaving immaturely by accusing him of taking advantage of her.
But then I realized that her character is totally immature and utterly IMPULSIVE. From the start, she has been the blunt kind, one who speaks out every single word on her mind without any reserve.
We all see Mukhi as a mature man but in the start of their marital life, he was always accusing her for every mishap that happened around him. She would try to debate but he won't listen. And then used to realize his flaw and come asking for forgiveness. But if the very next day, a blunder occurred, he went back to square one and blamed her only. Earlier he was outright judgemental about her.
And ARU is young, has never been in love so she don't understand this trust language bw lovers. And Mukhi ji was also stupid in slashing back at her with words like " Tune kiya hoga".
How hypocritic it will be? On one hand you assume innocence & on other accuse someone of doing that very same thing, that according to u didn't happen.
But yesterday's show was not abt that. They showed that Mukhi is equally unaware of this trust language with her. They hv been showing in the show " ki ARU k saath he becomes a kid too".
So he behaved childish & accused her back. Both are exploring this unknown world of love.
BUT IF THE END SCENE PROVES TO BE A JOKE BY ARU ( that I BLV and I want to be mukhi's dream), that will be assassinating Aru's character.

Nice discussion Pom, just read all the replies.
I was a bit put off by Aru's antics. Getting a wee bit too much. Like vio said, it may be to reassure her of Mukhi's integrity when the Dharmi track comes on. But when they keep on at it, the physical bit, it gets irritating.

The last scene I feel is just her pulling his leg.

Mukhi should respond by giving her the cold treatment and totally ignore her for one day. Then she would come running.

I would also love a subtle flirting by Mukhi too. But judging by what they showed, it might lead to another argument from Aru.

Ok fine, let them show our young immature Aru like this, but the CVs could have atleast once shown her FBs of Mukhi's reassurance that night at Abad? Come on, there should be some importance given to that scene.

Arre sub tu a gayi...

Right aru was a bit annoying bt bearable for me (coz I have seen worse😆)

Defo mukhi thumka was out of character.. I closed my eyes in embarrassment for mukhi.. Kya see Kya bana diya hamare mukhi ko seriously..

Bt aaj she will remember his promise..

Yes mukhi shud not share the bed.. 😈

She was teasing him hope today we see some sort of redemption on her part..

Bt olvs r giving mixed signals.. so it's confusing to predict anything for now...till we see further epis...

Pom,

I made a post on consent part of it which was a realistic, planning to make another one of the dramatic aspect of it.

And do not hesitate to thrash it for anything which is out of the place. :-D

I love a good debate, always.
