He still thinks of her as a shehar wali without sanskar and what not. He has not shown at any point that he believes in her 100%. He also keeps saying that whatever she does will be satyanaash.

I guess at that time Mukhi was a bit high strung with a lot of things.

And Aru did not really care for his opinion much but now if similar situation happens (I do not think Mukhi will be so callous but if he is), Aru will be really hurt.

I agree that he should have apologized a bit more but remember when he was trying to apologize to her in the bedroom and she was laughing at him and the picture fell and broke, he angrily mentioned that he was trying to say sorry but in reality, why should he because it was her mess in the first place that she just corrected.

In his eyes, if she hadn't had said anything to Mishri's fiance parents that the wedding was off, then nobody would have been angry and then Mishri and her fiance wouldn't have had to leave the house to have a talk so he thinks she just corrected a mistake that she was responsible for so that excuses him for throwing out her bags; like if she hadn't messed up in the first place then he wouldn't have thought Mishri had run away.

I am not saying he is right, I am just saying in his eyes he apologized enough to her, I still think seeing her standing there at the door with those tears in her eyes broke my heart and I do hope down the road he in a romantic or sweet scene truly apologizes to her for causing her that much shame and pain.
