Who actually registered Mishri at the marriage bureau?

I know Aru set up the rishta but who in Mukhi's family started the ball rolling? Mukhi obviously never met Aru whilst looking for Mishri's rishta, so how did it happen? Seems like only Mishri knew Aru nobody on Mukhi's side knew her before arriving in village.

It was Kailash, Rami's legal pati. There was a mention in one of the episodes.

Even I think so. I guess it was typical to try to get Mishri married but Rami wanted to send her away. So she must have tried to push for (in sweet manners) to get her married to US.

Rami used the company Aru worked for set up the marriage, not Aru personally or she would of met Mukhi before she did...when Mishri used same company to find a bride for Mukhi ...that's when Aru got assigned to the task
