It was like the mother knew that when she said that, Aru will agree. But even then our smart Aru went and asked for Mukhi's opinion. Here Mishri took advantage of the situation.

Poor Aru. Other than Mukhi, not one supporter.

I was wondering about that apology dialogue a lot. So now since she replaced one daughter with another to Mukhi in marriage, she thinks they do not need to apologize?

Are they guilt free? After duping the guy of so much of money and later getting him married to someone he was not planning to?

And asking if he wants the same was Aru's idea. Not theirs.

Such a useless family!!! Families are meant to support, not bring one down and use them as they please.

No wonder, they say that you can't choose your family, but you sure as heck don't have to like them!!!

OMG yesss I wanted to slap Dharmi shitless when she made Aru pay for her stupid makeup with her hard earned money.

Pooora family is useless. I am so glad Aru got married

good posts - @C0raline and @malkasub

Aru's mom and dad get a lot of benefit from their victim/helpless demeanor - they drop their responsibility as parents, burden Aru with the job of earning income and solving problems. In fact Aru is the only real adult in that family - more a parent than her parents. sorry to sound harsh but - it is about time her parents grew up.

It was atrocious that her mother blackmailed Aru - completely self-serving and manipulative - unfortunately this kind of stuff probably happens more often than we think.

Aru's condition to marry only upon Mukhi's ok was just plain grace, class and integrity in action. ...just like when Mukhi paused the marriage to pull the bride aside to give her a choice and a graceful out. He and Aru are so very similar in so many ways - especially character where it counts.

I am kind of ok for now that Mukhi is mad at Mishri - she took two people's life in her hands and despite a good intent she needs to own the responsibility of the situation.

On a separate note - I liked how Mishri thought on her feet and handled Rami at every step when she was trying to stop the marriage.

I also liked the scene when Aru's dad tried to speak - Mukhi without saying anything joined his hands like - "Thank You - you have done quite enough"

Dharmi - 😡 😒 😡 !!! Betcha Anshu will take the 1 crore of jewellery and the bad penny will return feeling sorry for herself ready to freeload again.

This all being said - I am glad Aru and Mukhi are married - now the fun begins!
