Even though Aru's sister is getting married to Mukhi, and Raami being his elder sister, she calls her Kaki (on first meeting terror kaki). It was more natural looking at the age gap.

Even Raami's son calls Aru, Aru ben! :-D

yup but yesterday aru adresses rami as rami behen i was like ha ha practice bahut achi chal rahi hai aru..😉
