Mukhi - Eijaz's best ?

So ... I am huge tv serial buff. Bachman mein mom dad aur chote bhai ke peeche busy hoti thi toh baai ke paas main hoti thi ... jo sabzi kaat thi aur Ekta maiyya ke shows devour karti thi. Long story short , baai ke sohbat mein reh ke.. from Kyun ki to Kavyanjali ... to DMG to KYY ... I have watched it all. Needless to say, I have watched pretty much all of Eijaz's shows , from Kaavyanjali to Encounter and everything in between and from someone who's been a fan for over a decade , I HAVE to say, his portrayal of Mukhi is his finest work yet. Its so cerebral and so real, I sometimes forget that he is not really Mukhi but some other person playing the character. I have loved his work for years but Mukhi is my favourite Eijaz till date. Bande mein alag hi eik kashish hai. The baritone , the wisdom behind his words , the earnestness of his actions ... what's not to love ?

Thank you Saba, Viraf and team for YMMKD and Eijaz for Mukhi.

I rarely watch a serial. I am too lazy to switch on my TV at a certain time and watch them. :-D

I watched more serials once online updates (and good quality internet) became common.

But I have seen Eijaz in Kya Hoga Nimmo ka and his film roles. I felt he is a very good actor but I agree that so far role of Mukhi is his career best.

It is indeed a nuanced one and he has worked hard on this role. Hope it pays off.

Been there from the start and what's makes this role the best is because it is a different character for him. Rarely a actor needs to change his look etc for TV and that has shown in Eijaz's previous shows...Kavya looked like Kunal etc but Eijaz has went all out for this show, he hasn't jus showed up on set and read the days script...he has done his research on everything ...so for everything he has done to prepare for this role and the way he executions this role...yes it is by far his best work

yes aisa koi bhi serial bol Jo maine na dekha...aur Kavyanjali jab shuru hua that the boy plauying kavya at starting ushki dekhe to mera dimag kharab ho gaya tha it was after eijaz enter as kavya then to no peche dekhna.

And u sayed it right From choclaty romantic hero Kavya to A perfect ground soil man Mukhi

Eijaz journey is not less than a roller coaster rideee

Boss Kavya ke baad Agar mujhe honestly Eijazzz ka koi role dil ko chira hai to that is MUKHI

Honestly mukhi is no doubt eijaz best in his life !!

Did I not say the same thing? I said I havent seen any of his work but still have this feeling that Mukhi is Eijaz's best work till now.I can say that Eijaz must have done justice to all the characters he played but Mukhi is bestest.. super se bhi ooper.Its like all the other characters he played are gold but Mukhi is diamond character.Kisi ko koi shaq ??? 😡

Eijaz's other characters were easy, yeah he worked hard and always did justice to each and everyone but they didn't really require much research or acting...Kavya is probably one where he put that extra afford In, in terms of he made Kavyas death scene look real and did his own stunts...but like the rest he was a businessman and from a rich family...Mukhi is by far the next because of the hard work, dedication and professionalism by Eijaz

I don't watch the show anymore because they stopped uploading with subtitles.

I just came come to forum to see where story had t progressed to, and saw this topic.

I haven't watched all of his shoes, but just within the first week, then the second week, it was so obvious this is something that will go on top of his memorable characters.

He is just amazing as Mukhi.

No doubt Eijaz is best at what he does... He's awesome as Mukhi...but honestly I loved him in Punarvivaah season 2, and Meri awaaz hi pechaan hai.

Now he's doing a fab job as Mukhi...he blends in with characters so well that it becomes to differentiate between the character and person...he portrays it so honestly.

Love you Eijaz...keep rocking as Mukhi.
