may be akash will think that reema did all this onpurpose so that she can get married to him..hope this does not happen but u can never be sure

don't reema suppose to know first if the baby is aborted ...if the baby got aborted when she took the medicine then how come she is not aware of the fact, there will be definitely some symptons...I'm totally confused
