A new baby in Gujral Family - Pooja exhibits sister love
We saw in the earlier episode ki Poornima ko labour pains chalu ho gaye. Pooja tries calling up the doctor, but all the phones are dead. Ramu Kaka informs that all the drivers have left for their house and it's raining cats and dogs outside. Pooja like a brave girl proclaims no matter what happens today, no one can stop me from taking my sister to the hospital. And then the journey begins.
From her car to walking, asking for a lift to hijacking a taxi and then pulling a hand cart - Pooja does it all to make sure that her sister reaches the hospital in time through the heavy rains only to find no doctor available in the hospital. But, apni Pooji is determined. She takes the residential address of the doctor and drives a two wheeler to reach his house. She asks the doctor to come with her. Doctor's wife refuses and says that he has walked the entire night to reach his house yesterday(?) and has got fever - it's still raining and he won't come. Pooja requests the doctor - but he too refuses saying that it is almost impossible for them to reach back to the hospital in such rains. He then says that only god can save her sister now. And that makes Pooja realise. She sees a statue of Lord Krishna at the doctor's house and starts praying. She relates the incident when Krishna was born in heavy rains and prays to god that he can save her sister and her kid. And everyone knows that when koi bhakt sachchey dil se prarthna karta hai, to bhagwan ko bhi jhukna padta hai. Apni Pooja jab pray karey toh god has to listen. The rain stops. Doctor and his wife are surprised. His wife tells that Pooja must be something that god listened - she allows her husband to go with her.
Meanwhile, the phone starts working again and Ashmit calls on Pooja's cell phone. Mandy at the hospital receives it and tells the complete story. Ronit and Ashmit rush to the hospital. In another car, Vicky, Bubbles, Inder and Dadi are coming back from the party. Dadi asks Inder to call up at his house to find out if everything's well in such heavy rains. Ramu kaka informs Inder about Poornima and ask him to call on Pooja's cellphone. Mandy has to do the honours again and she narrates the story to Inder as well. Inder and family rush there as well. Ronit comes in first and asks Mandy about doctor. She tells that Pooja has gone to get him. Pooja and the doctor arrive - the doctor attends to Poornima. Everyone is waiting outside - Pooja looks very tired and sits besides Mandy.
The cry of a new born fills the atmosphere with joy. The doctor comes out and breaks the news. He congratulates daddy Ronit and tells him that Poornima has delivered a boy and they both are fine. Everyone congratulates Poornima and Ronit takes the baby in his hands. Bubbles suggests that he be names Toofan Gujral since he was born in such a weather - Ronit says he will name his child. Pooja thanks the doctor who in turn thanks her. He publicly thanks Pooja and tells everyone that only Pooja is responsible for saving the life of the kid and Poornima today. Without her, it would have been impossible. He says that he has never seen such love between sisters. Ronit thanks Pooja, Mandy and Poornima for he was able to see his baby. Poornima too seems to be happy with Pooja. Ashmit sees Pooja's hand bleeding and takes her home.
At home, Ashmit takes wonderful care of Pooja. He helps her soak her feet in water - carefully wipes her legs then - applies bandage to her hands - and caresses her. Pooja thinks she must be the most happiest person in the world at the moment and feels on top of the world. On the other hand, Devika is shown with her mom. Her mom feels she was responsible as well for Devika's life. Devika denies and says that with Ashmit's love and charm anyone would fall far it. She recollects how he helped her mom when she was not well and even took care of her mom. No one can ever imagine that such a person can be so bad. She is thinking how unlucky that female would be to get married to a guy like Ashmit. Meanwhile, Ashmit makes Pooja sleep and then removes his glasses and gives a wryly look at her. The episode ends.
For all you people waiting for something to happen, the news is Poornima has delivered a baby boy and the health of both the mother and the baby is fine. Ashmit is a bad guy and it'll be proved soon. Pooja will obviously feel bad then - do you think by any chance Pooja would kill Ashmit? Don't know but it might be possible. Sudhaben and Rasikbhai were not called in as yet. They might come for an episode soon. Even Reema and Akash will. Some more episodes are going to be interesting. What are your views?
