confused?!

hey guys i'm new to this forum can u pls tell me why ronith marries purnima and not pooja what happ i thought they were in love?! guys i started watchin it again i used towatch it before

ok so a lot has happen since den..........reema(under the influence of drugs and annie) ran over millind and it waz a hit and run and she didnt look back 2 c who it was. then on the wedding day everything was ready and every1 was waiting for millinds family 2 bring the barat and ronit went 2 the jewler 2 get poornimaz jewlery he was rushing and ran over millinds dead body. ronit thought he killed millind so he brought millinds dead body 2 the wedding. seeing this poornima fainted and doc came and found out that she is pregnant (with millinds child) ronit overheard this. he felt guilty 4 killing poornimas husband 2 b and the father of her child 2 b and he wanted 2 save her and mehta parivaarz izzat so he married poornima.

pooja and ronit were both depressed with this cuz they luved e/o but being mature the decide 2 b jus frendz n 4get abt their past. at this tyme poornima finds out abt pooja n ronits past relationship and suspects the 2 still have sometthing going on. 2 save her sister's marriage she decides 2 get married. Pooja works at a film production company. the owner(ashmit) likes her and proposes and she accepts. later on we find out that ashmit and ronit are long lost half brothers (inder loved ashmits mother but maya created misunderstandings). so now pooja and ashmit poornima and ronit all live under 1 roof.
