Aug 12th

Tonite Kushan warns puja not to interfere in his life and keep her mouth shut. HE leaves her house with a grin. Just then her dad comes back with a card in his hand to give to Kushan. Pooja says that she will go give the card. She runs to Kushans car and shouts at him. She is enraged as he attempted to harm her family member. She tries to slap him but he stops her hand. He tells her that this was just a trailor and that things could be worse and more tumultuos. Puja tells him that till now he has just been playing with her weaknesses and has not experienced her strenght. (good dialogue)

Next day puja goes to Reema's house early to tell her what all had happened. She tries to explain to her Kushan's real character and all the threats that she had experienced. Reema is not ready to believe that her childhood friend could be that bad. Puja tells her to come with her to Ramprasad's house and see if his mother is there or at the hospital and then they will come to know the truth.

They reach the house and when they enquire about Ramprasad's mom, He just tells them that she is fine now. They tell him that they are here to help him since he has lost his job. They ask him if he is not going to invite them in. He resists but they eventually go in and there they see his mother. She seems fit and fine. Then Puja and Reema leave and on the way they meet Kushan. Kushan inquires as to why they came here. Reema tells him that they just wanted to check if ramprasad was doing ok, since he lost his job. Kushan tells reema that he is here for the same reason.

Then reema and puja go to college. There Ronit comes across Bikram roy who requests him to send puja to his room. Ronit tells Puja that Bikram roy has been looking for her. But puja says that she is not doing the film course anemore. But everyone tries to convince her. Kushan puts on an act of trying to be helpful. He says that he could help her with the money matter. Puja is disgusted so she gets up and goes away

Aug 16th.

Pooja comes home worried after Kushan threatens her. She checks on her mother, sister and Paresh to see if they are ok. They are surprised but say they are ok. She then goes to check on Mandy and finds her also fine reading at home. She then narrates what happened at school to her. Mandy says she will tell Reema about the acid incident and convice her that Kushan is bad. Pooja says that she has tried everything and Reema won't believe them. Mandy says she is with her and they will fight Kushan. Pooja says she will deal with this alone and she doesn't want Mandy to get hurt.

Meanwhile Rasik Bhay reaches home and is injured. Sudha and Poornima panic on seeing this. Paresh goes to Mandy's house and get's Pooja. Pooja comes home and sees her father. Rasik Bhay says that 2 college students who were quarrelling behind him pushed him on to the track and he was lucky that the train didn't come and God saved him. Pooja is wondering if Kushan had anything to do with this incident when Kushan calls her and confirms that it was his doing. He again warns Pooja not to come in his way. Pooja is shaken when her mother tells her she has recieved a letter. The letter tells her that she can catch Kushan red-handed if she goes to college at 8 PM that night. Pooja wants to go but is thinking what reason she will give her father to go to college at that odd hour. Just then Sudha tells her that she is accompanying her to a jagaran. Pooja is happy that god has found a way for her to go to college.

She goes to the jagaran and from there slips out secretly to go to the college. At the college Kushan has a setup to frighten her. He then tells her that he was the one who wrote the letter and wanted to see if she would take a chance to catch him or stay calm. He tells her he is sad she did not take his advice. Pooja asks him why he is doing all this. He tells her that even though his father was wealthy, he did not give him any money and threw him out of the house. He was staying with a friend but needed money to maintain his wealthy image. He says he happy to see fear in Pooja's eyes and warns her a last time to keep off from him.

Pooja gets back in time to the jagaran place before her mother and sister realise that she had slipped out.

Aug 17th.

Pooja and Mandy are praying to God. They tie their Kishanjika band to renew their friendship on friendship day. Meanwhile Annie and Reema also tie the bands to each other. Reema hopes that Pooja has cleared her misunderstanding about Kushan and they can be friends. They all meet at the college and everyone is tying a friendship band to the other. Pooja does not tie it to Kushan and walk away saying she has a call to make. Reema follows her and ask her why she is doing this and spoiling their friendship. Kushan also follows them and Pooja is forced to tie the band to him. But once Reema leaves, Kushan tells her that he likes to see the fear in her eyes and hopes she has got the message. Pooja then tells him that he can never be her friend and she knows how to tackle him.

She then thinks that even though Kushan had laid a trap for her he did not relaise that he is the one who is trapped. She then goes to the principle and tells him about Kushan. When he does not believe her she has a walkman and plays the tape in which she has recored everything Kushan has told her the previous night. The principle is shocked. He gets Kushan to his office. Kushan tries to defend himself but then hears his voice in the tape. The principle also recieves a call from the police informing him that Ramprasad has been arrested and he has told them everything and that Kushan is involved. The principle immediately calls Kushan's father and tells him he wants to talk to him urgently and that he has never wanted to talk to anyone's parents this badly in his 25 years of experience.

All the students are discussing about the assignment to join the film course and hope that Pooja can sort out her problems and join the course too. Mandy feels bad that Pooja cannot join the course due to her promise to her father. She also feels sad that she cannot tell the others why Pooja will not the filom course.

Kushan's father comes to the college and Reema and Ronit are surprised to see him there. Ronit says that even their father has come to college to make donations and attend board meetings but never to meet them. Even Kushan's father is doing the same.

Kushan's father hears everything the principle has to say and then says he is not surprised since Kushan has done this before. He tried to reform him but was not successful and had hence thrown Kushan out of the house. He says the principle can take any action he wants. The principle asks Pooja wants she wants to do. She then lectures about how poor girls like her are the easy prey for boys like Kushan. She tells that even the principle was ready to believe that she had stolen the Rs60,000 but did not want to believe that Kushan was the culprit and had to listen to the tape before he changed his mind. She tells the principle that this discrimination should end. Also as far as Kushan is concerned she wants the principle to give him another chance. Kushan is surprised to hear Pooja say this. The principle is pleased to hear this and tells Kushan's father to send him away to another place and that he will not make a public announcement. Kushan's father thanks the principle and leaves.

Kushan meanwhile follows Pooja and thanks her as she was ready to give him a second chance inspite of what he has done to her. He requests her not to tell his friends about this as he will loose his confidence if they come to know about him.

Ok, Here we go...

August 18th:
------------

Kushan is begging for Pooja's forgiveness. Ronit, Mandy and Akaash comeby and Ronit informs Kushan that his father was in the college. Akash tells Pooja that Reema was looking for her. Pooja says she had to complete an unfinished job. Kushan wants to thanks Pooja for not disclosing about him to them. Pooja tells him he is very selfish and is not worried about anyone else but himself. She is very angry with him for not respecting his parents. Kushan says he wants to make new beginning.

The office bellboy comes and tells Pooja that the principle wants to meet her. The principle tells her that he and ST.Martin's is proud to have her in the college. Vikram Roy has come to the principle's office and is listening to everything. He tells the principle he wants to talk to him privately. The principle Pooja to wait outside for a few minutes. He tells her that every year he gives out a book to a special student and this year he wants to give it to her. Pooja is happy to hear this.

Vikram Roy gives a letter to the principle and says that it is time for him to packup. He has handed over his resignation letter to the principle. The principle is shocked.

Remma is trying to tell Mandy that they should not give up hope about Pooja joining the film course till the last moment. They want to somehow make do the course. Meanwhile Pooja arrives and they they say they are worried about the film course assignment. Pooja says she will help. She suggests that Reema should write about the story while Mandy should write about the special effects of the film so that they do not end up doing the same assignment. Reema wants to take her mother's help for Pooja's admission.

Kushan is telling his friend on the phone that he going out for a few days. His father taunts him that he is acting like nothing happened even after all that has happened. He tells Kushan that the way to the college is now closed. Kushan wants him to use his influence but he says he does not want to do it. He tells Kushan that Kushan will be going to Australia and he will stay there. Kushan is complaining but his father says that he was lucky that Pooja did not say anything else he would not this opportunity also. Kushan is thinking that he will never forgive Pooja for what she has done to him and he will definitely take revenge against her.

Pooja is explaing to Mandy about the special effects. She gets a courier( I think) and it is a card from Kushan saying he going away. He says he is sad that she did not forgive him. He says he will try to become good.

Kushan tells Ronit that he has to Goa alone. Ronit says he will acoomapny him but Kushan satys he has to go alone. Ronit assumes that Kushan is going with his new girl friend. Ronit is thinking that he needs a 3rd person for his Pooja plan and decides to include Reema. Kushan is thinking that he running away secretly from all of them because of Pooja and that he will never forgive her for that.

Vikram Roy is collecting the assignments. He is surprised that Pooja is not in the class. Pooja is outside reading a book. Vikram Roy sits next to her. He tells her that she should learn everyhting step by step. He says he will give her the names of some books which she can read. But Pooja says she is not interested in the course and was just reading the book since someone gave it to her. Vikram Rou says one must to truthful but Pooja is lying even to herself. Pooja says she is not interested. Vikram Roy says he knows she is interested and tells her that she should not forget who she is and what she is.

Ronits and Reema request thier mother to help get a scholarship for Pooja secretly. She talks to Annie and expresses concern that even Ronit is interested in Pooja. Annie tells her not to do anyhting for Pooja. Then Pooja will go away from ST.Martin's and then Ronit and Reema will forget her. She goes away to france with out helping them.

Pooja is determined not to let anyone know that she is still interested in film course. Ronit comes home to find his mother gone and is disappointed that she did not do what he had asked her to do.

Vikram Roy comes to the principles office. The principle says that he has good news. He says that one of the trustees wants to open a new scholarship for the film course students. He says Vikram Roy cannot leave the college and students of the film course need him. Vikram Roy is happy. He tells Pooja that her problem is solved and that she can do the film course since St.Martin's will give her scholarship. Pooja tells him that she has decided that she will not do the course and she cannot change her decision.

August 19th...

Vikram Roy is thinking about Pooja's request for recommendation for scholarship, her determination to prove her worthiness for the scholarship and finally her decision to not join the film course. Aakash comes and Vikram Roy asks him why Pooja does not want to do the course. Akaash says they have tried but are not able to find out why she is not doing the course. Vikram Roy says she should definitely do the course as she is very talented. Akaash promises that he and all his friends will try their level best to get her to do the course. Akaash thanks Vikram Roy for helping Pooja get the scholarship. Vikram Roy says he is not as bad as he looks and he also can recognise talent. He wants Pooja to do the course and he fells she is very talented. He also says that Pooja did not get the scholarship because of him but because of her talent.

Ronit thanks his father for helping him about the scholarship. Reema is also happy to hear this. Ronit warns her not to tell Pooja about thier involvement as Pooja would not accept the scholarship if she comes to know that they have helped. Ronit is thinking he will one day tell her to impress her.

Mandy is happy that Pooja is getting the scholarship. Akaash asks her why Pooja does not want to do the film course suddenly.

Pooja is praying God to give her strength to face the suitation. Ronit and Reema join Akaash and Mandy. Akaash informs the other that Pooja does not want to do the film course. They are forcing Mandy to tell why Pooja does not want to do the film course. Mandy breaks her promise to Pooja and tells her friends that Pooja is not doing the film course due to her father.

The friends are trying to find someone who can convince her father. Mandy and Reema go to Pooja's house to convince her. But Pooja is determined not to think about it.

All the friends are looking for someone who can convince her father that Pooja is talented and she should do the course. Mandy mentions that all the family members sit together and watch a movie together on a 2nd saturday. Akaash says that they can use this occasion to convince Pooja's father. Mandy is nervous.

All the family member are waiting for a neighbor to start the movie. He says that he has a new movie based on public demand - Spiderman 2. But Pooja's presentation is being shown on the TV. Pooja is surprised to see her presentation.

August 23rd.

Pooja is surprised to see her presentation being played. She stops it. But when everyone wants to watch she has no choice but to play it again. Everyone like the presentation and they are commenting that the show was a super hit. Pooja is wondering who would have done this when Vikram Roy comes and says that the presentation deserves a clap if they liked it. Everyone starts clapping and Pooja is surprised to see Vikram Roy at her home. Vikram Roy tries to tell Rasik Bhay that Pooja is talented and that if he can be cinvinced of her interest in films, Rasik bhay being Pooja's father should know about her talent and interest already. But Pooja is angry that Vikram Roy is accusing her father and says her father did not have anything to do with it. Vikram Roy asks her why she was so interested initially an d what changed her mind. She says she was never really interested. Vikram Roy gives up. Everyone leaves and Pooja tells mandy that what happened was not good. and that Vikram Sir had no right to accuse her father in his own house. Mandy questions Pooja's decision not to join the film course to which and an angry Pooja questions who they are to decide about her. Mandy is hurt that Pooja is asking her, her childhood friend this and goes home.

Pooja is trying to convince her sister( I feel more herself) that she can be happy only by making everyone happy.Meanwhile Rasik bhay is doubting his decision to stop Pooja from doing the film course. He again asks Pooja to tell the truth about her interests in film. But Pooja says that she is not and then thinks that her dada told her that she can lie for a good cause. Rasik still has doubts and talks to his father. Dadaji asks him to decide soon as delay doesn't do any good.

Akaash is sorry that their plan has not worked out and Vikram Roy says that it is not her father but Pooja who is adamant. He cannot help her if she does not want to help herself.

Pooja goes to college next day and says sorry to Vikram Roy. He asks her what she saw in him that she decided not to join the film course. For this Pooja replies that it was just a hobby and thinking too much about a hobby is a waste of time. Vikram Roy tells her that he does not have time to listen to her false reasons.

Pooja meets her friends at the college. She resists their attempts to persude her to join the fiml course. Ronit is feeling trapped as he had joined the film course for Pooja and now she is not joining the course. Pooja also requests her friends not to talk about the film course anymore.

Well Today in Yeh meri life hai Puja has decided and told everyone that she is not going to join the film course and that no one should discuss that topic again. After this they all go to the bulleton board to check who has made the film course. To their excitement the whole gang including Ronit has made it. Puja is happy for everyone.

Back at home her parents, after a long discussion with all the family members have made up their minds that puja will join the film course and fullfill her dreams. Her dad and mom get ready to meet the principal to pay the fees and sign the course prospectives.

At school Mandy's dad is also there to do the same thing. This adds a comic twist to the episode as mandy's dad meets KC, They guy who is infatuated by mandy but mandy does not like him. They converse in punjabi and turns out that Kc is the nephew of Mandy's dad's close friend. HEHEHEHEHE

While puja's parents reach the principles office. The principle is very pleased to see them. They ask about the formalities of the course and are ready to pay the fees. They principle explains to them that they need not pay the fees since someone is offering sponsorship for puja's studies. Puja's dad being very self-effacing does not agree to it but later when he understands that its like a scholarship he is ok with it. Then when everything is settled puja enters the principles office and is surprised to see her parents there. She is ecstatic that her dreams are now going to be fullfilled and thanks her parents. Then she shows them her college and a tour of the campus is done. Puja's parents are surprised at the short clothes the girls where and how the girls and the boys move around hand in hand. (hahah that was funny).

Then puja shows them their av room and there they meet vikram roy and the parents thanks him for showing them the right way and helping their child.

august 25th:

Pooja is happy that she has joined the film course. Akaash is also happy that he will have atleast one more student in the class who is really interested. He says his mother had broken the fix deposit to pay his fees. He tells Pooja that he has promised himself he will do well and take care of his mother.

Annie calls Kushan and starts complaining about Ronit going gaga over Pooja when Kushan tells her that is a plan and Ronit is just taking revenge from Pooja. Annie is happy to know this and wants to help Ronit.

Pooja is walking when a girl(sent by Ronit) is talking to another girl. She says she knew Ronit had changed but did not expect him to go the extent of asking his father to help Pooja. The girl makes sure Pooja hears everything. Pooja goes to Ronit's house to thank him. He tells she got it because she deserved it and then tells her she is more than a friend to him. He tells her he loves her. Pooja is angry on hearing this. She tells Ronit that she should have reliased that he will not change but had made a grave mistake by trusting him. Ronit does not understand Pooja's reaction. Annie hears all this and decides to advantage of this moment to poison Ronit's mind. Ronit is able to take Pooja's rejection. He is angry that all his efforts have gone waste but think he will make Pooja say what ever he wants her to say.

Pooja is angry at home when Mandy comes and complains that she left college without telling her. Ronit calls and Pooja refuses to take the call. Mandy is surprised at Pooja's behaviour . Pooja then tells her about what Ronit has said. Meanwhile Ronit tells Reema what happens and she is upset. She tells Ronit Pooja had done exactly what she would expect Pooja to do in that suitation. She tells him that he should have spoken to her before saying anything to Pooja. She says she is afraid of what Pooja will do now.

Pooja says she has decided what to do and tells Mandy that she will not accept the scholarship. She says she does not want to do the film course with the scholarship given by Ronit's father.

Ronit prays and god listens - Pooja opens her eyes

Sudhaben bursts out at Dr Rogers and tells him that she had really trusted him and he said everything will be alright. Doctor tells her that he has done his level best and the rest lies on destiny. The plight of a mother. It is really sad. Poornima, Mandy and Sudhaben are all in tears. Mandy tells Sudhaben that the thought of Pooja being crippled throught her life is scarry. Ronit interrupts her and tells how can she even think like that. He tells Sudhaben not to worry and says he is there. He reminds them that the doctor had told that there is 30 percent chance that she can be paralysed. He further adds that everyone knows how strong Pooja is and god forbid, in case something happens to her, she will fight it out. She has always fought tough things and won. Akash too consoles Sudhaben. Just then, Pooja is brought out of the operation theatre. Mandy sees her and recollects some earlier days spend together. Aur yahaan par, aur ek nayi baat humhey jaan-ney mili. Mandy aur Pooja ka birthday ek hi din hai. Mandy remembers the days when she and Pooja cut the cake together and wishes that Pooja will be back again fine and perfect on her birthday. Ronit remembers some time spent with Pooja where he teases her for being a typical saggitarian and teases her while Akash comes in and saves her and says some good things about her sun sign. Both of them keep thinking about her.

Akash prays to god and so does Ronit. Ronit sees Pooja and tells her that he will make sure nothing happens to her and that is a promise, Ronit Gujral ka wada. Maya Gujral is worried and that shows in the chess game she is playing with her friend. Annie comes in and recognises what Mrs. Gujral is thinking about. Maya Gujral thinks that she underestimated the opponent (Pooja) and thought that middle class girl would be weak. But, she was wrong. Pooja was much stonger than she could imagine. Annie says that if she would do as she thought of, things would be pretty ok. Her mom who was sitting there said, ek pyada (pawn, in chess) gaya toh kya hua, aapkey pass queen toh hai - referring to Annie. Mrs. Gujral thinks that she will use this option as well.

At the hospital, Reema is back. She has come to know about how her mom falsely made up the thing about Assam just to make them away from Pooja. She meets Akash and asks her about Pooja. Akash tells her that her condition was bad and she had to be operated. Reema is sad. Akash continues and says that the operation went fine and she is much better. But... but the doctor has said that there is thirty percent chance that Pooja's body might be paralysed. Reema is shocked.

Ronit goes to the temple and talks to Shivji. The talks between him and the Lord are as shown as in any other Hindi movie. Though, Ronit says here that he will make sure that the lord will have to change his decision about Pooja and make sure she is alright and she comes to know how much he loves her. Back at the hospital, the doctors re-examine Pooja and remove her oxygen mask. Sudhaben keeps on wondering what is happening. After some time, Pooja opens her eyes. Hey... She did it finally.

Congratulations, Mehta family. And all the people who wanted her back. But wait, what's this. She opened her eyes but did not speak anything. Sudhaben points this out to doctor. Dr Rogers moves his hand across Pooja's eyes but she does nothing. Kya aankhen chali gayi? I don't think so. Must be something else. Memory loss. No, please. If she is going to lose her memory, I'm gonna stop writing. Than, what else. Keep guessing till next week. :)

Ronit and Akash both are worried about Pooja as yet. Everyone is worried about the thirty percent thing that Pooja might get paralysed. Will she be fine or won't? What do you all think? Write down your views.
