Pooja is helping Poornima get ready. Jayshree bua comes i and says Poornima is looking good. She again asks Poornima to accept the match. Poornima gets irritated and wants to say something to bua but Pooja cuts in and tells bua that she will bring Poornima out.
Bua asks her to hurry up and goes out. Poornima is complaining that Jayshree bua creates too much trouble. Pooja says it is her nature and if she doesn't do it who will do it. Pooja once again assures her sister that everything will be fine.
When they come out, the boy's family and Pooja's family are all sitting together and Jayshree bua is trying to get things fixed. She asks the boy if he likes Poornima. He says he doesn't have anything to say. He says he will do whatever his mother says. Then the mother says she likes the girl and Rasik bhai asks Pooja to give sweets to everyone when Poornima stands up and starts telling that she cannot marry this boy. Rasik bhai, Jayshree bua and Dadaji are stunned. Pooja tries ti stop her but she tells her father that she has mustered courage because her life is at stake here. She tells him that she likes someone else and that is Milind. Rasik bhai's face is showing agony and Pooja is jolted out of her dream by the boy's mother's voice. The mother is saying her son wants to go to office in a scooter and now-a-days we can get everything in instalments and so on. On hearing this Pooja gets up and goes to her father and asks him if he wants to repeat whatever happened with her elder sister Prerana. She asks her father what value will his daughter have in a family where dowry is considered more important and what self respect does the grrom have if he wants to go to office with a scooter bought from dowry. Rasik bhai is thinking and Jayshree bua is surprised to hear Pooja say this in front of everyone. Dadaji too agrees with Pooja. Rasik bhai asks the boy's family to leave. They tell bua that what happened was not good on thier way out. Jayshree bua is mad. After they leave she tells Pooja that she was reminded of college when Pooja was giving her bhashan in front of everyone. She asks her if they are teaching this in ST.Martin's college. Pooja asks her if she is mad because she had proposed the match. Jayshree bua says that she knows something is going on. When Pooja questions her as to what she knows, she says she doesn't know it fully it yet but has an inkling. She says she definitely finds out. Pooja tells her that her mind is working too much and she feels that way because it is her habit to suspect everyhting. Jayshree bua wants to get back at Pooja & tells her that since the match did not go through, she has to tell Rasik bhai that she had seen Pooja and Poornima along with Milind on the court steps. She asks Pooja to thinks of the questions that Rasik bhai will ask her and get prepared to answer them in the next 5 mins before he calls her. Pooja has a worried look on her face.
When Jayshree bua tells Rasik bhai he says that knows about it and both Pooja and Poornima had gone to attend their friends marriage and the boy's and girl's parents were also there. Jayshree does not expect Rasik bhai to know and ends up meekly telling him that it is not good for girls to go to the court. Rasik bhai says how people get married is left to them. Pooja just then steps into the room and tells her father that they were getting married in the court because it was a inter-caste marrige & if Jayshree bua had stayed for a little longer she could have also been present for the marriage. Rasik bhai says that he does not approve of inter-caste marriage again. Jayshree bua wants to say something but Pooja cuts her and reminds her that she has go for her kitty party and she will late. Jayshree is left speechless and goes away.
Poornima is relieved that Pooja had informed their father about them going to the court and Jayshree bua's plan failed. Pooja then says that she knew exactly what Jayshree bua would do. She says that now they should somehow make their father notice Milind. Poornima says that now she is gaining confidence that maybe Pooja can set things right.Pooja is think that she can somehow solve this problem but how will she tackle Ronit's problem.
The next day Rasik bhai is doing pooja and Jayshree bua asks him why he is doing it alone. Paresh is brushing his teeth, Poornima is waiting for him to get out of the beathroom and Pooja is still sleeping. Jayshree bua starts complaining that Sudha bhabhi has not given good manners to her children and that she will bring them to track in 2 days. She asks all the children to get ready in 10 mins and come for Pooja. At the pooja, she is holding a taperecorder and says no pooja is complete without Anup Jalota's bhajan. She turns on the tape-recorder and some pop music starts. Rasik bhai is disturbed and all the children are laughing. She says the tape was reverse. She flips it and a bhajan starts slowly. Rasik bhai is doing aarti. Suddenly the pace of the bhajan becomes fast and Rasik bhai is having a tough time doing that aarti at that pace.( this was a very funny scene, I hope you can visualize it). Jayshree bua is deeply immersed and dancing to the bhajan's tune and the kids are all laughing.
Menawhile Ronit is complaing to Reema's photo that he is not used to living without her. He is sad and angry that Reema has gone away from him because of Pooja, and Pooja has become more important in Reema's life than him, her own brother. He thinks that whether she believes it or not he is missing Reema or lot. He is angry that she can call and talk to Pooja but not him.
