Review By The One And Only....
👏KTAFFY!!👏
Ahem Ahem....The award was telecasted at 8:07pm...ummm...it was on SONY ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION...hope you all knew that..😆....ummmm accha theek hai..lets stop stupid Ekta speech and continue with the review!!
Started in a bollywood award way...hosts Naser Khan and Manini De Mishra were inviting guests like Ami Trivedi (Kituu fame),Hiten-Gauri Tejwani,Riva Babber,Ekta Kapoor,Mona Singh,DJ CREATIVE UNIT team,Tarun Katiyal and many many more.We saw four seconds glimpse of Amit Jain in a black suit (THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME HE WAS LOOKING NICE IN AN EVENT👏)along with Amit came Vinod Singh (old Ayushmaan,dead Kunal).Then came celebrity guest like Pooja Batra.
The show started off with the performances of Qazi,Rooprekha,Alprita,Rex....This was a waste of time first twenty minutes of the show we see them performing.Qazi was over reacting waaaay too much with his performace (dude..if u really like dancing like this...please take part in Nachh Baliye and perform there..not in an award show)After the performance was over came out first two hosts of the evening Rakshanda Khan and the famous actor of Siddhanth fame.This year the award started off with nominations for best child artist...winners are Bhoomi of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Jackie of Instant Khichdi (This Jackie too was over reacting!!)
Then came another performace by Reena Kapoor,Shweta Tiwari,Neha Bamb,and Naryani Shastri.Their performance were good but the costumes were bad for songs like "Mein Albeli" and "San Sananan".Reena and Naryani were the best for this performance.
Some more nominations came after this like best production house,#1 entertainment channel etc..I dont remember that much of the early nominations!Anyways..best entertainment channel was won by everyone's favorite STAR PLUS and best prodiction house again for the 5th time in a row won by Balaji Telefilms.Other awards such as best News Channel was Aaj Tak and best Movie Channel was Zee Cinema (CINEMA DEKHO...ZEE BHARKE😆) No one came up to take the award for Balaji Telefilms (SURPRISING NA😕)last year the whole entire Balaji unit came up on the stage but this year Komolika (Gyatri of Kyunki Saas..)took the award on Balaji's behalf.
Next I beleive was the awards for bet actor/actresses in a negative role..winners are Akashdeep Saigal as Ansh..Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Rakshanda Khan/Urvashi Dholakia as Mallika Seth..Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahi and Komolika..Kasautii Zindagii Kay.The following comment that came out of Urvashi's mouth "My kids always say...I am Komolika's son so...... and thats how they rag other kids in school"..eeeerrrmm Urvashi is that a GOOD or a BAD thing? Akashdeep wasnt here so someone from STAR PLUS accepted the award on his behalf. Best actress in a comedy role was Hansa..Instant Khichdi and I forgot the male actor for the same catergory.While giving out these awards, three people from SAB were promoting their new show Lo Kal Lo Baat...they promoted it in a retarted way!!
Phir came next performance with all the baddies in it..Komolika,Mohini and Kali.They performed to good dance numbers like "Kajra Re" , "Kasi paheli", and "Tumhari Aadao"costumes were perfect with the songs! All three ladies have done a superb job!!!
Then came awards for best Ensamble,Best Continuing..Best Ensamble was Sarrkkar ZEE TV and daliy serial was Kyun Ki. Ekta came up to accept the award and also promoted her show in the MOST STUPIDEST WAY ANYONE CAN PROMOTE!! Plus I also found this insulting the other guy who told the audiences in a nice way to watch his shows on fridays on STAR PLUS.
Best style icon female was Amna Shariff (i wonder why Tarun gave the award to a popular STAR charecter!😆😆) Best style icon male was Shabbir Aliwala.Best Daily serial was JJKN...ONE QUESTION: WHY WAS THE JJKN TEAM THANKING GURSHEEL WALIA??Gursheel's the concept writer of Ye Meri Life Hai..what links does she have with JJKN? Was this is the reason why YMLH turned out to be a total disaster since Gursheel was helping the JJKN team?😡😡😡
Another performace by Ejaz Khan ans Shama Sikander.Shama looked AWFUL!! Her costume and makeup style as well as the hair duo had NOTHING to do with the songs she was performing to. Sunidhi Chauhan's voice is NO MATCH FOR HER AT ALL!!Ejaz was fine with his performace to "Why does it happen in love" but again "Nassa Nassa" ruined the act...BIG TIME!
Then came critics award for best actor and actresses.Phir another performance by the #1 onscreen couple in Indian Tv Industry...Sujal-Kashish...Amna-Rajeev.Their performace had the most reality in it specially to the song "Janam dekhlo" Aman was looking kind of funny with the ancient egyptian look but did a superbjob!👏👏👏
Next was awards for best actor/actress in a supporting role...winners are Hiten-Gauri Tejwani for Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. Then fresh new faces were Iqbal Khan and forgot the actress!Phir came best onscreen jodi..winners were EJAZ KHAN-NATASSHA for Kkavyanjali!! Natassha couldnt make it to the awards!
Then final act of the evening by Iqbal Khan..again another AEFUL performace and that shirt he wore looke gay!🤢
Last 2 awards were best actor/actress winners are Mona Singh..JJKN and Apoorva Agnihotri JJKN..they way Apoorva's name was announced was the BEST!! His wife Shilpa and him were hugging and kissing a bit too much (LOOKS LIKE THEY'LL "CELEBRATE" THEIR HAPPINESS AT NIGHT TIME!!😉) again both of them said THANKS GURSHEEL WALIA!😡😡
Interesting: Apoorva hugged Rakshanda waaaaaaaaaaaay more then he hugged his wife......Apoorva sahab..KYA CHAKKAR HAI YE?😉
