In the court..the lawyers argue with each other.Pooja's lawyer shows Ashmit's pic with devika n tells tht it is the proof of their marriage.but Ashmit's lawyer says tht it can be trick photography.He asks the judge to give him 10 min time...n then he will make a photo of the judge married to madhuri dixit.every1 laughs.judge asks poo's lawyer to give frim evidence.poo's lawyer asks to give some time.ashmits' lawyer says tht already the date has been postponed..now it shd nt.
judge also agree's with ash' lawyer n is abt to declare ashmit innocent.JUst then Devika enters.every1 is shocked.
Devika explains everything-how ashmit tortured her,how he married poo..n when devika wanted to tell poo the truth..but by mistake told poornima..then ashmit killed her n then kunal too..
ash' lawyer speechless.poo in tears..unable to believe.
ash' lawyer asks for proof.Devika shows her burnt face(which was covered till then with her hair) n says tht ashmit mixed acid in her perfume n sprayed it on her face..when she didnt listen to him.is this proof not enough??she said she was kidnapped by ashmit n hidden in some place.in all of his actions shalini had supported him.
she finally says tht ashmit shd be punished severly.judge sentences ashmit to life imprisonment.ashmit shocked.
next scene:poo standing outside..resting on the car,not looking at ashmit.ashmit comes n tells her tht if this is wht happens when u love somebody...then ppl wnt believe in love anymore..also he promises to come back as his love is adhoora...
poo tells him tht will never happen..n she will never see his face again.she leaves with ronit in the car.
poo cries a lot in her room.she says tht she was betrayed.she feels ashamed tht ashmit has spoilt her body,soul,purity....n she hates herself.
ronit tells her tht she is pure as ganga.even if some dirt is mixed into it..ganga will not become impure.wht courage she has mustered..tht no one can do.he promises to be with her in every walk of life.he wipes her tears.poo is silent..but looks at ronit.ronit leaves.
maya tells poo to leave the house as she is nt a member of the house anymore.she pushes poo..just then sudhaben comes n tells maya tht her 1 daughter is already dead..n she cnt see her other daughter dying every moment.she tells poo to pack her luggage...
