next they show pooja and ronit at court they both come at the same time when ashmit is brought there..pooja comes out of the car and sees ashmit..ashmit also see her and he comes near to her and didnot speak anything and is taken inside the court by the officers...ashmit says to d lawyer that he wanna make a call and he calls pooja and says that before the game begin he wanna meet her and pooja says that she dont wanna meet him and ashmit gives him shubham swear..and pooja agrees..she comes near to him and ashmit says that he knew that she will b coming here as she still loves him and for this love only he did all dis...as poornima was trying to seperate us and yes its true that devika came into my life but for a time being and she left me and den she made stories and told it to poornima ..i told poornima many times not to belive her(devika) but she didnt listen and payed the price...and pooja says that he should be punished and ashmit says that he is getting punished and he shows his hand on which there are blade cuts....the lawyer comes and say that he is doing all this coz he wanna get punished as he hurted you and then ashmit asks lawyer to hand her d papers which says that she took the case back and pooja says that u wanna ask for forgiveness then you have to ask it from my didi and kunal and the court is going to decide your fate..and she tears the paper and leave from there..and ashmit says to the lawyer that they have to win the case at any cost and he asks the lawyer to use his last weapon for it...
next they show courtroom scene pooja's lawyer start the case saying that mr ashmit is a murderer and this complaint is filed by none another than his wife only..ashmit gujral killed poornima gujral by throwing her from the terrace and he killed kunal also..ashmit's lawyer interupts and says that poornima was mad and she ran away from the asylum and they have no proof that ashmit killed poornima and kunal..and the lawyer cont saying that before getting married to mr ashmit gujral his wife mrs. pooja gujral was having affair with ronit gujral and pooja is shocked hearing this...pooja's lawyer say that he has no right to speak anything about someones character..and ashmit's laywer also speaks the same thing and pooja's lawyer ask for some time to show the proof...the court is adjourned and pooja nd ronit come out of the court and reporter asks them if they had a relationship but they both leave from there..pooja is sitting at the gujral house ashmit calls her and says that its better you take the case back coz you saw what happened today at court and pooja says that she was mad who loved him and the she gives him a lecture on love and ashmit says to pooja not to mess with him otherwise he will make her life hell and both(she and ronit) will die and pooja says that he has just seen her love now he will see her hatred towards him and she will make sure that he is sentenced to death and episode ends there........
