The Samaina marriage truth will be burst out by whom?

A. Sam himself in anger (due to Vanita suspect naina with hubby or any boy attract to naina )

B. Rakesh in some anger.

C. Naina (due to shuttle girl attract to sameer)

D. By Samaina themselves due to some romantic moment seen by everyone in society.

I feel it can be A or D.

Vanita might suspect Naina and Sameer would get angry and reveal she is married to him or Samaina could be caught romancing and Vanita might insult them and in anger Sameer could tell everyone they are married

either they will caught romancing or Sameer will get angry on Vaneeta always doubting them

People might cought them but the whole truth will surely be out by sameer

I feel A or D. However in both cases I feel question on nainas character will be the reason for outburst and I hope its from sameer. I feel there are more chanses for D tho as offlate samaina are getting very cozy and vanita is suspecting them already..and yesterday she had two instances...sameer knowing so much about naina and the way they where about to hug each other, looks like she will catch them and then say that your husband is in dubai and you are romancing with some other guy here...
