I know we all are getting frustrated or more likely upset that why naina is not giving up to sameer's desires. . Bt later I kept myself in naina's place n recalled my firsts in life.. Naina is a girl who completely oblivious to the world of intimacy.. Even if she has lil knowledge of it bt she don't know much. .N it's nt like she is not ready for romance bt for girls intimacy has different meaning n it takes a lot to get that intimate with person you love.. Atleast I can say that abt myself.. Firstly she is running away from sameer as she doesn't know that if kiss will happen will she be able to kiss him bck will he like it, she is not scared to kiss bt she is scared abt how kiss will turn out. .Abt making love dude I think even today making love to your lover gives you jitters especially when you have full knowledge that how it happens.. Again I believe so.. N in naina case she doesn't know this plus first time is no joke any girl will be scared. .Trust me all this sameer frustration n naina hesitance will make samaina closer n we will get a Conssumation.. It's gonna be beautiful
We need to relax n enjoy the process, I think humne itne shows dekhe h jaha if lovers get married or nt they consummate . Bt in our show it's showing reality a girl who never had kissed, talked abt intimacy is suddenly seeing the passion n desires in sameer's eyes is bound to get scared.. So I think all this will lead to strong samaina n a beautiful suhaagraat 😳I might sound old school bt fr me physical intimacy is a big deal even today so I get naina's apprehensions towards it 😛
Feel free to post your views..

Thank you for making this post. I agree 100% with you. Naina is coming from a highly conservative background where girls gets scolding for singing romantic songs and reading magazines. In the eyes of Taiji physical relationship is considered as a bad thing. No one else is there for her to give proper knowledge. I really doubt whether she has any idea of the different levels of physical intimacy. Once she realize the importance and necessity of such a relationship in a marriage then she will be all set to seduce her husband

Totally, agree with whatever you said...I can very much relate to her hesitation...and yet I would say she is trying from her side too...like she didn't hesitate to hug him...she is blushing while he kissed her...plus she does not know fully about what physical intimacy is all about...also she is slowly trying her best to come in terms of what she should expect after marriage but to translate that in actions will Surely take time...just because it's a love marriage doesn't mean she is all ready for physical intimacy...loving someone does not just mean to be physically intimate...and I know that there are men who are patient enough to give their wife that time...my husband has been one...I myself took way too much time to accept this new change in my life...so I would definitely want to understand Naina...and Sameer is also the best loving husband She could ever even dream of...I m sure he will eventually understand her...even now his cute irritation is understandable...

Thank you for such a beautiful post
I agree to each and Every word you said
Neither naina is wrong for her reluctant behavior in terms of intimacy nor sameer is wrong for his desperation and slight irritation
As you said all this will surely lead to them coming close in all sense in most passionate and lovingly possible
Very soon naina is gonna surrender herself completely to her husband and that will be the beginning of Mrs sameer maheshwari's journey
All we have to do is sit and watch them shedding all inhabitants specially naina

I can understand the hesitation but I can't understand her complete lack of knowledge or shall I say over the top innocence like she has no idea about intimacy.. I'm from the 90s my self and from a very Conservative family and I will say Naina is deffo more modern than I was. If you were from the 90s you will deffo be a filmi keera and that Naina is and movies from 80s 90s weren't that innocent. Come on she went to watch Beta movie. I can understand her fear of going all the way even we were after our married friends told is what happens but she gets so scared of the thought of Sameer kissing her, being shy I understand but scared of the guy she has been in love with for 4years. My request to cv's stop changing Naina's characterisation just to create drama. Don't want bold Naina that would be total out of character but don't want balika vadhu act either. At the moment she reminds me but of Madhuri character from Abodh.

I too agree with you
The hesitation is realistic and relatable
I may have other complaints but this topic is handled well by cvs

Samaina are behaving the way it is...quite understandable

Shahz, I feel the same. I understand that being intimate for the first time can be scary but it is the innocence part that I am not getting. I was a 90s teen too, not from a very strict family like Naina where self expression curbed but I still had that 90s values of keeping the distance from the guys. I had basic knowledge about such things but I was still innocent too. For me being ignorant is completely different from being innocent. Innocent I was and so were so many other girls I knew at that time but ignorant we were not.

Actually Sameer's character is more realistic - at least he is acting like a typical guy so hormonal and desperate to do the deed.
