I felt bad for Rakesh. Taiji got successful with her plan. But did not expect Rakesh to fall so easily in her trap. He decided to call Anand and ask him to invite TT. Why couldn't he figure out the crooked plan of Taiji. Why couldn't he think that TT will never want any good for his children. It wasn't the time to think about Arjun. Never thought Rakesh is such a big fool. I feel pity and angry on Rakesh at the same time. Once again he clarified his priorities.So I withdraw my pity from him. For a parent all his children are equal. Becoz Rakesh decided to choose one over the other , Naina was completely right in choosing Chachaji above her father.

Rakesh needs to learn there is no shortcut to success. He fell in Taiji's trap becoz he is greedy.

No matter what but his first priority is arjun lekin mujhe lagta hai ki he usko pata tha taiji nai manegi and koi Tamasha karegi so acha ho mafi mage but Naina itni khudgarsh nai ki chachaji ko jhukne de. But for now he is also helpless, aisa hota hai jab aap Kisi aur k under rehete ho. Kuch bhi Kahe ish bar he wanted Naina's happiness but was helpless, pani pite time he was shivering so much and agar beti ki fikar nai hoti toh chupke se nai Jata dekhne. Taiji ko itna sadhi attend karna tha toh apne husband ko boldeti lekin nai ego tha na. Taiji and Taiji Bahut suffer karne wale hai

Rakesh did not choose Arjun above Naina. Tauji Taiji hit his weakest point, that's izzat! Be it Naina winning best student award or Tauji and Mamaji plotting to break SamAina's engagement.. The only trick to convince Rakesh has been targetting his izzat. Rakesh doesn't want to feel insulted. And TT took advantage of that

So it's more like Rakesh was helpless bcz at last they targetted his dignity!

I'm sorry but by not attending your daughter wedding at the last minute isn't insulting????

They themself say that girls izzat is easier to tarnish than a boy then what about Naina's izzat... Being left to answer her in laws of your father's ansence in the last min.

Rakesh fails to see that he is responsible for the way Arjun is. He allows himself to be manipulated by anyone as long as they put before him the thing he craves most to be rich. He believes that being rich is what will bring him respect. He has put so much pressure on Arjun that Arjun buckled under it. Any young person would have.

Arjun keeps paying the price for Rakesh's idiocy. Rakesh bribed the official, Arjun paid the price. Now Rakesh is going to allow Taiji to marry Arjun to Juhi so that they can get their hands on her father's money. Who will pay the price, Arjun. He will become the ghar jamai and live under his father in laws jhoote.

I pity Arjun. Yes what he did to Shefali was despicable. But he was young and trying to live up to his father's expectations. Shefali's curse, Jeevan bar pashtaooge, is about to be realised thanks to Rakesh's greed.

His priority has and is always himself, his ego, his need to be respected and to have what others have. Arjun is just his vehicle to getting there. He is seeing the dehej, that's his priority.
