The scene was impactful in its own way and also depicted the stance they both are in.
Naina pinching him and getting her work done depicted how she knows how to make him ubderstand and use taide maide ways to get her work done when he is not listening.

Sameer being the impulsive and clearly the one who needs to mature a little moore in terms of understanding the change of dynamics in their relationship feeded her mirchi.
Naina ate it..depicting that no matter what she will not give up on nor their relation.
But when our boy saw that she was in pain..he offered her water but now she being the adamant one...refused until he makes her drink it. He acted mature..kept aside his ego and hurt and made her drink the water.
Thats the beauty of their relationship..both are ziddi..both are bache but when one acts immature, the other balances it out by acting mature.
