I had my cousin's sister wedding previous year and we all had a simlar kind of arrangement

everyone enjoyed and actually were not stuck to their phones

In my maternal family, we still hv our arrangements like that whenever we're for some occasion in our town in Rajasthan. All my aunts and uncles, with their families, gather at one house. So many mattresses are laid in two lines at the terrace, one line for men, other for women. We talk till late hours and then hv to wake up early😆 but us waqt neend ki kami feel nhi hoti!
