Rohan's death is the reason for their marriage and i feel Ahana will be the reason for them to love and live this relationship. Aakhir bacche bhagwan ka roop hote hai..

Sameer and his shades, pal mein gussa pal mein care. Loved how he took care of Somani inspite of sharing a bitter relationship with him. Hum jo dikhte hai waise hai nahi. Also he felt that this needy hour Naina might want to stay with her family which also shows his care for her.

Naina wants to take care of Ahana with or without anyone's support. She herself knows how it is to loose parents and she doesn't want Ahana to experience any of it..

Loved ghe whole update.

So Shefali is just a caretaker here...as I suspected (but does she have a major role in this story is for us to see).

Also, I'm thinking about the song you put in and somehow it resonates with Ahana's past...you did not tell us who Ahana's biological mother is and why Sameer doesn't even want to look at her.

I've a weird idea that Ahana might actually be Sameer and Sunaina's daughter. That makes Sunaina's betrayal all the more tragic and maybe gives a reason for Sameer's aversion to her. Well just a conjecture at this point. Perhaps she is indeed Rohan's daughter and Sameer doesn't like her for he sees the woman (her mother in her) the one who broke his brother's heart. But the song of paraye and dil ke rishte has me thinking.

Coming to Sameer and Mr. Somani's bonding- Sameer's words and the way Mr. Somani's hands found his was their solace. How circumstances change relationships right? Now Sameer is his only son whether he likes it or not.

The dream that Naina had about Ahaana and Rohan and Shefali- wow! That was very poignant. Ahana was on the verge of having a happy family- of having her mother and father close by and this dream was snatched away from her. Naina's resolve about taking care of Ahana with or without Sameer was heart touching. She has no bonding with Ahana, yet she is determined to give her the love of a mother- fulfill the promise she made to Rohan. That instant where she has to let go of Rohan and he falls and instead clutches Ahana was epic! Such wonderful symbolism lady!

All in all, a fantastic update! I'm eager for more- master of mystery! ;)

What you possess is something special, that is the prowess to write and make people pine for your work. The twists the turns are definitely a clincher for this one, given the pace that this story has been keeping up right from the beginning. One moment you are contemplating the marriage of rohan and naina while in the very next chapter you are transported to the after wedding life of samaina. So the gears have shifted with uneven speed but it has only heightened the interest of your loyal readers. I was about confused as to what happened to rohan and my mind was a jumble of questions regarding him, as in why he didn't make it to his own wedding? Where he is now? And what about ahaana ? But I was stumped at the turn of events when I found out about his death. My God! I literally fell off from my bed since am usually reading while in bed. And the next moment I was amazed at your mind and your thoughts. Sure thing if we meet someday I would like to pick that head of yours since am really intrigued as to what goes about in that upper level of yours that you are churning out these master strokes. Bravo! You can never let go off such a story intact this ones become my new drug and am often dropping in quest of an update.

I have been a very bad reader to you. Though majority of times I read the updates at a go but fail to type in my comments given my hectic timetable off late. But I try to be regular so please bear with your wayward fan.

A dream within a dream. For me it was definitely the clincher. I have heard and read that people who are the closest to you often leave you messages in the dream. Naina too felt the same. The onus is on her to take on the responsibility of ahana since now she's been left alone in this whole wide world. The entire sequence left me teary eyed and my heart went out to the little soul. To be left alone completely in this world gives me scary thoughts, u wonder what that little girl is going thorough.

Emotions are your forte. You can reach the hearts of your readers with your words. And the best part is you don't need hefty words or complex language to do so. Even the simplest of updates have the right mix of emotions which hammers home. This update had various moments that made me fall in love with this story all over again. sameer though has been painted as an imperfect person, one who indulges in alcohol and has no regard for his own life yet the emotional side to his personality is depicted so well in this part. The part where he helps somani out of humanity, the fact that he harboured so much hatred for the man yet he couldn't stop himself from sympathising with the same man. This time sameer exhibited, compassion, care and kindness which is borne out of the same pain. They might not see eye to eye yet the cause for their pain is the same. I loved it!
