90s and child abuse...

I really wonder how the laws was for child abuse back then man..
Aagr hote to kash kab ka especially o bai aur rakesh ko iss ke ilzaam mein andar karea dena chaye tha...
The amount of mental and physical abuse they have given to naina..

Firstly taunting her regarding being the reason for her mothers death...

Getting her alliance fixed forcefully with sharad...

Ab to matlab...the way alll slapped her...rakesh calling her ke paida hote hi mar kio nahi gayi...

Forcefully dragging her to get married to a guy who slapped and abused her...

Kanhi sameer pe danda uthana toh kabhi naina ko chatri se marna...and then preeti ko racket se marna just to make her burt out...and kaise juti uthana marne ke liye when naina called so that preeti asks where she is...

And the way tayiji twisted preetis hands behind yesterday to get that letter...sachi kash koi las hota jiske chalte unhe andar karway ja sakta...this is like too much...

Yaar jab bhi tayiji screen pe aati haina mera khun kholne lagta hai..aisa lgta hai ke jaise ghuss ke bolon...aap ko duron ke ghar mein pade rehne ke ilawa kli kaam nahi...
Aur Rakesh jab apni zubaan kholta hai toh matlab mann karta ke zubaan hi kaat ke haat mein rakh don..hypocrisy ki dukaan dono devar- bhabhi...

Well I am 90's kid bt this Child Abuse laws weren't strict bck then n even today the laws be it off any kind is not strong. .See the treatment naina Is getting has nothing to do with 90's only even today girls are treated like in a family where the thinking of elders is limited n works strictly on the thing called log Kya kahengey,samaj Mai Hmri izzat it still prevails. N trust I have seen elders who are so educated themselves treat their kids so badly pressurises them on the name of society rules, forcing their dreams on them it's sad. .Being a 90's kid my family Ws very liberal to me n to everyone . My parents gave me a life of 2018 in 1993 ..so it's nt the time it's the mentality of people.. That's why our show is so relatable coz few have gone through it, few are going through it, few have seen it..

It was like that in 90s especially in strict conservative families. I have seen similar kind of scene in my Neighbour's house Here in Singapore also. It is a Chinese family. Son was in secondary school at that time. Certain days we can see that father beating son with belt and son trembling and crying and sitting next to the front door and doing studies. When asked then his reply was that son was getting involved in bad companies and going away from studies. Few times police also visited their house upon neighbor's complaint. Now I thing son is doing well and staying at a different place after 2 years of compulsory army training.

In my opinion you need to be harsh on kids if they are not listening to you even after repeated verbal warning. It is better to get beaten by parents rather than by public or police.

But completely against triple trios behavior. They just don't care about kids well being especially girl child's. I am sure Taiji won't beat Pralay like this even if he do much bigger crime.

It is highly debatable thing but I hv seen in many cases too much liberal parenting has ruined the focus of a child.All depends on the child and type of maturity it has .Yes emotional children being beaten hve opposite effects on his mind.I am agnst beating and all but as a paren't one has to be continously stricthe and shd hv am upper hand on the child. In the show both naina and sameer are mature enough but at that age most children need to hv guidance from elders or else we all know it is easy to loose it.I seek lots of teens loosing there track of life.
