May be this is a closure to the previous dori situation. Naiina gave him punishment previously for tying dori. This time she will ask him to do it as Kumar Sanu has already arrived and there is not time to go get anyone else for help. Maybe this time Sameer willl shut his eyes and tie the dori👏. He has the super skill of closing eyes and fixing Naina's clothes.

I think pura gang ayenge but Sam will fix her dori, kuch alak andaz mein karega, sayed issliye ek photo spoiler mein Naina k eyes mein Kushi k tears the so yeh dori relate kuch hoga but I hope Sam ko Naina batade sunaina ne ki hain, lagta hain after navratri dono gang mein fights hoga issliye dusra photo spoilers princi k office k bahar ka hoga. But yar koi kisi ladki ki aise badnami Kyun karna Chahata hain oh Bhi 90s k time, sunaina ka character bahut hi ghatiya hota jaraha hain, aisa toh ekta k show ki vamp bhi nai karti. Haad se jyada piche padhe hain rivals Naina k badnami karne k liye

Mix of option A, B, C and E.
Because we saw pictures of Preethi with a big smile and Naina will tears of pride in the college corridor. It may be after Sameer took out dori from his outfit. In between rivals may try to take pictures in weird angles to malign Naina's name but Swathi may distract them so they will again fail in their evil attempt.
