I loved how you could chalk out a beautiful story with such a simple concept of waxing, how you linked it to the undying love and trust between Samaina and redefined the term Love.👏👏

Love is weird which can make people do ridiculously awesome things. Love is when you keep the happiness of other one above you.It is unconditional care, trust and understanding.Love is just not a biological chemical or hormonal surge. It is a matter of soul and spirit and not only mind and body.It is not just an emotion, but a connection and feelings just compliments the strength of that connection. After all Love is a journey of unknown to known by a matter of chance and I feel it is wrong to term as Falling in Love where infact it should be Rising in Love.

All what I penned above was felt in the words, gestures and emotions of Sameer and Naina. Sameer's predicament when he was unable to find Naina, Naina's apprehension to change herself to make Sameer happy, Sameer understanding her dilemma, realizing the depth of her unconditional love and his resolve to not to make her suffer for him. LOVE is when someone matters more than everyone else. Love is when you care a lot more, sometimes even more than yourself.❤️⭐️

I loved this one a lot for it had all the flavors to make me fall in love with the love of Samaina. 🤗

Thank you so much for such a mesmerizing review, Isha (I'm not too sure whether I should address you as 'Di' or not). This was worth the wait, after all!

Loved the way you defined and explained Love. Love has the power to make you strong and yet vulnerable. The one emotion the overpowers all the others. Love gives you happiness but can also threaten pain. No matter how small of an issue waxing might be; its the love that Sameer and Naina have for each other that make this a transparent issue. We often avoid talking about this, but its the transparency and the level of comfortability in a relationship that gives us the confidence to share every pain.

Thank you so much for your reviews, Isha! Truly loved reading it! 🤗

I remembered this quote I have read somewhere when I finished reading this story, you can close your eyes to the things that you don't want to see but you can't close your heart to the things you don't want to feel.

I absolutely loved how he neither closed his eyes nor closed his heart to the pain she suffered every month to satisfy herself, him and the society. That's all love is about, sharing and living all the moments with your love including the pain. If you have the right to relieve all the pleasures then why not the pain?

The understanding of this fact he showed at this age made me feel utter elation. He wished to take all the pain away from and keep her happy but how Naina told him that it's a responsibility to be waxed after a certain age, to act according to the universal rules that were set by some orthodox people. I am going to give you an applause for such an unique take on waxing between Sameer and Naina?
But the happiness and satisfaction she gets after the painful session is what keeps her going, she truly loves Sameer unconditionally enough to see that smile intact and if he is happy, she is too.

I repeat, Sameer is boyfriend goals, how sweet of him to be not only be part of the pain that she endures but also make it all simple for her...he knew he cannot reprimand from waxing but he will surely do anything to make the process simple and easier. He is truly a God's creation. 😳

The comfort leave they share, the transparency in their relationship has surely increased.

Writhe in painful desires...Gosh, that open challenge by Naina, definitely bold. 😳 Sameer will writhe in painful desires without doubt as we all know Naina is one temptress though I am not going to underestimate capabilities. 😉

Thank you so much, love, for adding the last part for me...
Loved this! ❤️🤗

Where do you get such amazing and apt quotes from, Shreya! They never fail to amaze me!

Love is painful sweetness, I'd say. Through thick and thin, endless problems and incessant memories, love not only changes you as an individual but also gives you unbelievable courage to face all hardships. Although waxing might seem like an irrelevant issue in comparison to others, yet it takes quite some courage to face the painful wrath of steaming hot wax. And Naina is one girl head over heels in love with a person she's willing to happily take this pain for.

The understanding of this fact he showed at this age made me feel utter elation. He wished to take all the pain away from and keep her happy but how Naina told him that it's a responsibility to be waxed after a certain age, to act according to the universal rules that were set by some orthodox people. Thank you so much for the applause and appreciation, Shreya! 😳 So-called universal rules can surely be quite frustrating. It's the idea we have of perfection being hairless arms and legs. It's just the idea of this being taboo and taken for granted that frustrates me a lot more. Thus the creation of this OS. Love does win, after all. And the pain is nothing compared to his happiness for her.

I repeat, Sameer is boyfriend goals, how sweet of him to be not only be part of the pain that she endures but also make it all simple for her...he knew he cannot reprimand from waxing but he will surely do anything to make the process simple and easier. He is truly a God's creation. 😳

Indeed! Sameer is truly boyfriend goals...on screen and off-off-off...on-screen hi theek hai (school days ...get the reference?) 😉😆

Your wish and my command! 😃🤗

Muskaan,
This is second OS by you I read, first one was offcourse OS Contest story. I didn't get time to comment on that and somehow it stayed behind. I have liked that one very much and I liked this one too. The language, the flow and engrossing elements. Kudos.
Here I liked how you weaved story just incorporating concept of waxing and their unconditional love for each other is prominent.
Matlab bet inka peechha nahi chhodne wali, aise nahi toh waise. 😆

Hey Ross!
Thank you so much for reading and reviewing! I'm glad to hear you liked it!
Waxing was a topic I really wanted to write on since CVs decided to disappoint us last minute by not giving us a much anticipated conversation between Naina and Sameer...so credits to them 😆

Jis cheez se unki love story shuru hui woh unka peecha kaise chod sakta hai 😉😆

Thank you so much once again! 😃
