First of all, they all are from television and movie industry. They have to keep good and friendly relation with producers and directors for their career. A person like Kristina who just started her career has to work quite hard to go further in her career. She has to be presentable according to the occasion. Looks like she is doing some modeling also. So whenever there is a chance they have to utilize it. We can't tag it as dating.
