1. Preeti's voice of reasoning and the sister's conversation:
I loved Preeti's voice of reasoning; she was going in the right direction. Giving a different perspective and option to Naina but what she didn't mention was giving Sameer a chance to come up with a solution of his own. This the two sisters didn't even consider it, may b bcoz thy were just too scared with what Rakesh tried to do and Taiji and Tauji's extreme reactions with Arjun tht thy didn't even think that thy had any chance whatsoever.. and also bcoz Naina wanted to keep Sam away from this problem.
But clearly Naina is undervaluing Sam's love. I do the same when I m trying to (overly) protect my husband.. 😆.. and he comes up with one of those most unromantic romantic dialogues.. 😆.. Why do you think that my love is any lesser.. that I m any less stronger than u to handle pain related to you.. or that you deserve any lesser love and respect and care than you shower on me!.. In angry tone of course! 😆 .. and on such days we learn tht thy too secretly love to pamper and care for us as equally as we do .. or perhaps even more! is me bhi unko zyada credit chahiye! 😆 Male ego I tell you! 😆 Oops sorry Ross u r male ! 😆😆
So giving due respect to the love of other partner is also equally important, aur kabhi kabhi vo pyaar jatane ka mauka dena chahiye.. hamesha devi ban ke sab pain hurt aur dukh apne upar nahi lena chahiye.. but u know we women cant help it.. we r biologically and evolutionarily inclined to protect, shelter, nurture, and love unconditionally to our loved ones...
2. Chacha Chachi's love:
Chacha Chachi's love is so endearing... parents love can never be suffocating.. its how we perceive it.. clearly Chacha Chachi has given Naina all the liberty to discuss anything with thm openly.. and she has done so many times in past.. shared her fears and took guidance from Chacha.. remember it was after Chacha's advice that Naina decided to give Sameer a chance when her love was just infatuation .. and learning from her chachaji's mistake, she forgave Sameer after bet phase.. so yes, chacha's guidance is imp in Naina making crucial decisions of her life.. but here she misinterpret .. clearly what he always wanted to convey is b open to him without any fear and he is there to guide them correctly always.. he will listen to them like a friend, see through their fears, inhibitions and flaws and steer them to correct path... If only Naina could!
3. Taijis Taunts:
Clearly what is self-limiting Naina from approaching Chacha is Taiji's taunts to her beloved foster parents. She doesn't care about taunts on herself or her father or brother, she has bear them a lot in past. But them pointing fingers at their parvarish and sanskar because of her is what she cannot bear. But I m sure once these things get cleared with Chacha Chachi.. she would b back to her bold confident self fighting the whole world for Sameer's love!❤️
4. Naina's VO:
And that's what Naina's VO suggests.. and what we have talked about umpteen times.. Her love for Sameer is too strong for her to see him in pain and she will take u turn the moment she realizes her folly ..in thinking that Sam can survive without her.. and of course after getting reassurance from her chacha that love is not a crime.. but in what order these two scenes unfold that we need to wait and watch..
5. Devang's concern, Pooja Bhabhi's love:
I found more love in Devang's concern than Mama-mami's overly effusive laad.. Pooja-Devang's Jodi is going to b a blessing in disguise for Sam! And his questions brings me to the next topic..
6. Sameer's maturity and journey from a boy to man:
Clearly, Sam has long way to go to make that journey from a boy to man. Hopefully this breakup will make him wise.. and mature.. I still find more maturity in Naina's love. Sam had definitely made plans for their future, but has done no concrete work or shown emotional maturity or solid responsible behavior to reassure Naina that he has capability of handling things and her family on his own and she need not be so worried for him that she decides to break up! Had he shown some responsible behaviour handling the aftermath of those scandals, Naina might have taken a different decision. Not that he was wrong from his POV about rubbishing off her fears lightly, but that they weren't on the same page regarding gravity of Naina's situation..
7. Jale par Namak:
Uff I hate this line as it clearly states where this track is headed and with Sunaina spoiler I m just going to skip this unwanted fruitless track that's gonna eat up whole week and make Naina more determined to let go Sam for his own betterment! 🤔
And thanks so much for your humorous post.. Always such a relief!... Waise I noticed a few things as well.. . may b I will point them out later..
p.s. This morning, randomly this 90s song popped up in my mind..
