Part 1
Naina asks Sameer why the car is not starting. Sameer says how do i know. Naina says its your car, how come you dont know. Sameer asks her not to take tension. Naina is scared and says its already too late. Sameer and Naina get out of the car to check the matter with the car. Sameer says let me check. Naina says told you we shouldnt have come so far. Now how will i reach by 6pm?
Preeti comes and greets all the relatives. All ask where is Naina? Tayji says same question. Bela diverts everyones attention. Other relatives are yapping with Tayaji. Swati and Hema arrive too. Tayji fumes on Swati. Chachaji says i called them. Preeti greets them and Bela asks them where is Naina? Preeti says friends come first then Naina will come. Bela is worried but Preeti diverts them and Swati says went to buy gifts so left college early. All of them wonder where is Sameer-Naina. Sameer says carburettor has some problem. Naina asks will car start? Naina says told you we shouldn't have come so far. Sameer fumes on her and says you are saying as if i deliberately damaged the car.
Relatives tell Pooja to give birth to a son but her hubby says want a daughter. Tayji says world wants boys and you. Chachaji says today all are equal.
Tayaji tells Chachaji that surpise party is good but dont make it a practice. The phone rings and Preeti takes the call. Naina tells Preeti on phone that she will be late as car breakdown happened. She says we are outside Ahmedabad. Tell Bela that i am at Swatis place. Preeti says Swati is at our place. She tells about the surprise party. Naina requests Preeti to cover. Tayji confronts her and asks her who were you talking to? Bela rescues her but asks whose call? Preeti says Naina. Her extra class is running late. Tayji says why not tell her all are here? Preeti says would ruin surprise.
Sameer tries to call his friends but all are out. Naina says Chacha-Chachi has kept a party and now i am in a mess. Told you not to come so far. Sameer says we are not in a jungle. All will be ok. Naina says you don't understand, being a girl is very tough. Sameer says why blame me. Did all this to please you. Naina says am not blaming, am scared. If anyone finds out i will be in a mess. Naina calls Kamya. Sameers family confronts Munna and asks to tell the truth. Munna tells them to sit down and not crowd him or he will leave. Sameers family keeps asking him to tell about Sameers whereabouts. Munna lies saying Sameer is with Pandit. Sameers family says he is in Jamnagar. Munna says i dunno where he is. Sameers bhabhi suggests to go out looking but her mother in law asks her to sit put.
Male narrator -- If we think, all villains can be emotional but time is a villain that doesnt see any value to anyones feelings. It keeps moving on but time stopped for us. Those days explosion din need bomb but time was enough.
Sameer and Naina are asking for lift but no vehicle stops. Naina tries to stop a vehicle and Sameer stops her. Naina mumbles regretting not visiting temple in the morning. They keep walking when they spot an ambassador car and ask for lift. Its driven by a young couple and they agree to help.
Part 2
Sameer tries to calm Naina but she keeps mum. The other guy asks them if they are from Ahmedabad. Sameer says yes. They say we are from Vadodara and enroute to a birthday party. Sameer says her birthday too. They ask her name and she says Naina. All wish Naina.. Happy Birthday. Naina thanks them. Naina refuses to talk to Sameer. Sameer keeps appeasing her. The other boys crib that why girls crib so much. Naina says coz boys get them in trouble. Naina says one day be a girl then you will know how difficult it is. Sameer says you too try being a boy for one day.
Everyone keeps checking the watch and Tayaji says too late, need to leave. Chacha-Chachi asks him to reconsider. Swati tells Preeti to call Kamya and tell her to come late.
Female Narrator -- When kids steal money from moms purse, then they should be punished that day. When we din get caught first time we wrote letters, called each other, went for bike rides. We got courage to do a lot. One thing is for sure that we may be spared for stealing 10 Rs. But not for stealing 100 Rs. and we too got caught that day.
Part 3
Preeti calls Kamyas place and finds out she is en route to come to their place. Preeti freezes seeing Kamya. Kamya covers saying she is at college for extra lecture. Bela is scared about how to face other relatives. Chachaji says first time we are giving party for Naina in 18 years, how could have she known. Chachaji suggests to go out and play antakshari. Preeti thanks Kamya for covering and Kamya reveals that Naina called her and told her to cover for her.
The driver freezes seeing cops ahead. The girl in the car says told you. Other guy tells to turn the car back. Sameer asks what is the matter why scared of cops? Cops asks to show license and car documents. Asks to open diggy. The drive resists but cop insists. He opens the diggy and there is drinks.
Precap Its 12.30am. Naina is at her house and in tears and so are everyone in the family. Sameers family too is in tears. Sameer is sulking.
