No no... Don't get me wrong...
Hopefully in future we will get the thing dealt with samaina... Coz this definitely is a part of growing up
I'm so so elated that the CVS decided to venture into this tabooed territory ... But the essence was totally lost...
Frankly...There could be 2 reasons why the CVS decided to raise this topic in the show...
1 . The show deals with adolescents ... And it's important that these issues are raised to create awareness so that people talk about it freely...
2. The CVS are giving a hint that they will deal with every possible angle related to adolescents.
I serioudly feel that in both the cases...The essence was lost coz this scenario if picturized on samaina would've created a better impact.
Firstly...They are the leads...So if the point was to create awareness... Samaina could definitely be a better choice coz it's the main leads which are looked upon by masses...
Secondly... Considering sameer has not grown up with females around...(mother,sister etc)...So he could be pretty unaware of how females behave in periods...And his learning process would've been more relatable to people who chose to be ignorant about periods and prefer not to talk about it .
The awareness message could've been delivered better and in a more impactful way ...

seeing the discussions... i guess the root problem still remains the same the way the cvs executed this point...
people consider this as a taboo...and arjun behaved exactly as if it was a tabooed thing... not atall comfortable talking about it...
cvs... i just hope we get to see a similar situation netween samaina in future...as many of us feel so... where we can see sameer behaving more sensibly... understanding... and more open with naina about it... rather than behaving like arjun yesterday...
this could also be used to portray the growth in their relationship... and to show how comfortable 2 people can be talking about it...
we know its a big thing on indian television... but cvs... you need to be applauded for trying to let people discuss periods like any normal thing...hopeully...you will go a step ahead... and venture properly into this zone
