So then that leaves Naina... she will have to convince him that his thinking is wrong... whatever happens to others is not dependent on him... I feel some other things will also happen which will help Naina convince Sameer to slowly let go of that fear... when he starts that he will start returning to the old Sameer, but this time he is more stronger and more matured.

Sameer needs a new friend now other than his old friend. Someone who is in love and someone who believes in family etc such as poonam bhabhi.
I am sure Mundit will try to enter Sameer's house and Mami surely will not let that happen as Sameer told that he had fight with Mundit. As far as I understood mami she will keep supporting Sameer without asking a reason. But I hope somehow bhabhi to get curious as she is a young lady and is in love. Later help Sameer to get back Naina when Naina would get mad at him. Or else what is the reason to bring these new characters?
Bishaka no need. She knows. But she can't help now. Sameer knows that too. This is the reason why Sameer is feeling so depressed. He is feeling like he has no family and the only chance he has is Naina and he doesn't want to lost her( Naina ) too.

P.S. I too want Naina , Munna, Pundit and Mami to slap Sameer. 😛 He is acting like a silly girl now...woh bhi serial wali bahu. 😳 But it seems like they will have a "Huge break up " very soon . Later fall in love again in college. Or else there will be no charm left.
