Tats wat i said on twitter to couple of my frends...Hats off to Rd who has a vision ahead .not to mix both of the 2 worlds n so aptly he voiced it!!!IT mkes perfect sense now...Hema even if she didnt wanted to quit...maybe her loyalties with Somy are more..but she had tooo...Again i dunno wat transpired...but this was xpected out from her...as i did voiced it first hand yest in the LU thread that shes next!!...

if thy were jus bit more patient...we wud hve seen them both in force...!

@bold This is d sad thing Hema is more talented than Somy n she could have got scenes with Ashi being shefali n naina they r loved by fans.She would be given SS in future for her scenes with naina. She is not doing right for herself

I don't know what happened between Somy, Hema & PH. I am not so mature to say something technical on it. But Sameer & Naina are the leads of the show and the show started with Ahemdabad, with more screenspace to Agrawal family and Naina's life. Now it was needed to show a glimpse of Sameer, his life and his growth as a character. In this track obviously Sameer was shown more and Only Naina and her closest ones, Preeti, Swati, Mundit and school was shown because this track was for Sameer. With such a backlash from fandom for the negativity in Delhi Track, CVs are trying to close the track as soon as possible and to add positivity they took this as a chance to show SheJun. But I have to say there was a strange/weird awkwardness in the scenes, still I felt Hema was better. The college track was the best to show SheJun as the sets now move to Ahemdabad and is back to the Naina-narrated story and as SheJun is Naina's family/friends, they will surely get screenspace. About editing scenes, even the main leads scenes were chopped off. Rohan did not get enough screen space with hype created while he was entering, but still he continued to be positive. I am not judging them, there maybe some unknown reasons behind them. Hema, being Somy's shadow will quit the show if he does. But yeah its not tough for Shashi-Sumeet PH to get new actors replaced. It's because of them these two got their publicity, so I think they should have one more talk before doing something which can ruin there career.

Something which i noticed from past 2 episodes is arjun k character jo itna mature tha is behaving so kiddish all of a sudden mtlb kuch connect nai hua ... It was as if it was added without logic just to extend the episode or may be the actors couldn't fulfill what was actually mentioned in the script ... But then earlier shefjun scenes seems more realistic but abhi after comeback kuch ajib tha ... I may be wrong that was my opnion though

No place for emotions in the professional world. If your emotional then growing up the ladder is difficult . There will be difference of opinion when you work with a team ..its obvious.., learn to tackle it and if you think your ideologies and the work place ideologies don't match , then you leave on a good note.

Cribbing wont work..rather ...learn from it and move on...and when you take up a job know what you are getting ...into in terms of R & R ( roles and responsibilities ) so that you don't feel disappointed when your work starts and if you feel that your skills are not utilized ...then talk to the employer...trust me no one will want to pay anyone just like that 😉

Going to SNS and talking abt your frustration at work place is not going to help rather it will backfire. Quitting is a personal decision..a lot of people quit one org to join other ...for better prospects..or not liking the work environment etc...doesn't matter the choice is always yours...no one is going to look at you in a bad way... but how you quit matters...because that will also show your professionalism.

And its no necessary that because your friend quit the show you have to...personal relationship had nothing to do with professional side...in fact it shouldn't.

Most of these things we learn with age and work experience , when we are young we don't look at it this way...probably its my age that made me feel people shouldn't post their professional frustration on SNS.

Every word is true.. I learnt from my mother from my first job that do not ever gossip about your boss with your colleagues and always leave on a good note.. Moving on is a continuous process and it depends on you how you make it harmonious and sweet for everyone involved. Burning bridges is no no in any field.. Hope sanity prevails.. And show will go on.. World doesnt stop for anyone rather it imparts learning for everyone involved..
