I guess the reason for this serial to move to 2nd position is too much of highlight of negativity like
Dadi's - felt it was getting a bit too much..rather towards cruelty...Sameer and then on the 2 friends whom anybody will love..
Naina's dad...finding fault everywhere and anywhere ...no heart at all...

The teacher who is leading the culturals...they way she is discouraging her student -naina to participate...
All put together...the mix of positivity and negativity...felt the show was inclined more towards negativity everywhere...
this imbalance rocked off the number 1 position...
Be it real life too...too much imbalance rocks off one person...
