OK, I know I'm late.. But I got a new phone, so it took me some time to adjust to its systems n all!! And then, my family had some celebrations this week!! It all ended today only. So I had no time to type the update!! Jaanam samjha kro ;)

"Main isse dosti nhi krne wala" came Sameer's instant reaction.
"Mujhe bhi shaukh nhi h tumse dosti krne ka" she scoffed.
"Arey yaar, jhagda mat shuru kro..chalo ab chalte h apne apne ghar." Swati interrupted their possible fight and four of them left after paying the bill.
As they reached home, another quarrel waited for Sameer and Naina.
"Chabi do. " Naina forwarded her hand asking for the keys.
"Tumhare paas h." Sameer stated.
"Nhi Sameer, chabi tumhare paas h." she opposed.
"Nhi Naina. Subah tum lekar gyi thi chabi. To tumhare paas h." he reminded her.
"Tum lekar gye the, acche se dekho tumhari pocket mein hogi." her voice getting louder.
"Dekho Naina, har bar tum sahi nhi ho sakti..is bar main sahi hu! Chabi tumhare paas h" with this he crossed his arms and turned his face to side.
Naina checked her bag and she found the keys. She bit her tongue, realising that Sameer was right this time. She looked at him from the corner of her eyes and Sameer was giving her an I-told-you look.
"umm..its fine! Ho jata h kabhi kabhi..I'm sorry!" she shrugged her shoulders to not look embarrassed.
"Did I hear something like sorry!?" Sameer teased.
She stomped her foot and went inside the room. Sameer chuckled.
"Main bathroom mein ja rhi hu kapde change krne, tab tak tum yahan change kr lena." Naina said while taking her night clothes from the wardrobe.
"OK" Sameer agreed.
After Naina went inside the bathroom, Sameer locked d bathroom door from outside too.
"Bahar se kyu band kiya?" Naina shouted from inside.
"Taki tum mujhe change krte waqt dekh na lo" he replied, making Naina slap her palm on her forehead.
"To main tumhe puch k hi bahar aaungi na!!" she sounded so obvious.
"Tumhara bharosa nhi h!!" he stifled his laughter.
"Duffer" she muttered.
"Ab gate kholo!!" she shouted, after having changed.
Sameer opened the door n Naina came out from the bathroom.
"Tumhe kya maza ata h mujhe irritate krne mein?? Aaj to bata hi do.." Naina asked, while she sat on the bed.
"Bas ata h maza..cute lagti ho gusse mein" he winked at her.
"Do ghante pehle to keh rhe the ki dost nhi banna chahte, aur abhi flirting shuru!" she raised her eyebrows.
"To tum kya chahti ho, khushi khushi friend zone ho jau!" there, he blurted it, and Naina's eyes widened.
"Oh! To wo main isse dosti nhi krne wala..wo sab isliye tha!?" Naina asked amused.
"Ab jab tumne sun hi liya h to chhupake koi fayda nhi h." he casually shrugged, "aur main pagal to hu nhi jo tum jaisi ladki se friend zone ho jau." he added looking at her intently.
"Tumhara kuch nhi ho sakta." she said, slightly shaking her head. After a while, both lied down and fell asleep, not before making the pillow bridge.
Next day, Sameer was in his office, working on a file, when his colleague, Jai walked over to him.
"Ye le bhai, coffee", he offered a cup of coffee to Sameer.
"Hmm, thanks. Rakh de." Sameer was still concentrating on his laptop screen.
"Screen se nazar bhi hata le, kitna kaam krega!" Jai placed the mug on Sameer's desk.
"Arey bas ho hi gya.. Save krna baki h. Done!" Sameer exhaled in relief as he clicked on 'Save'. He picked up the mug and sipped his coffee, as he added, "Manager piche pada hua tha, design ready krdo..design ready krdo bol bol k dimag kha rakha tha! To aaj design ready kr hi diya."
"Tu last minute tak kaam krta bhi to nhi," Jai chuckled as Sameer leaned back on his chair.
"Anyways, ab main tension free hu!" Sameer stretched his arms, easing his muscles.
"Not really!!" Jai stifled his giggle as he focused on someone coming from the opposite direction.
"Hi Sammy!" a girl in a dark blue knee length pencil skirt and black top, came up and stood close to Sameer.
"Not now please," Sameer muttered cursing his fate, "Hi ma'am!" he replied to the girl, with a fake smile.
"Sameer, you don't have to call me ma'am.. Call me Hema." Sameer had already started getting irritated with Hema. Jai pursed his lips seeing Sameer's condition.
"Mujhe kuch kaam yaad aa gya, I'll catch you later Sammy. Bye Sammy!" Jai teasingly stressed on Sammy and left Sameer alone with Hema, his employer's daughter and also his department head.
"Sameer, main soch rhi thi ki..hum dono bohot dino se bahar nhi gye.." she trailed while leaning on Sameer's desk.
"I don't remember hum dono kabhi bahar gye bhi the, " he rolled eyes at her.
"Exactly! So don't you think humein ek coffee se start krna chahiye? Office k baad maybe.. Coffee date??" her voice was slowly getting lower n bit husky.
"Actually, Hema.. Aaj shaam ko..umm main..busy hu" he made an excuse to escape the date.
"Oh! To tum apna kaam kr lena phir hum coffee peene chale jaenge." she suggested.
"Hema, main kisi ke sath busy hu. Hope you understand!" he made it clear in the most polite way.
"Okay! Well, mujhe dad se kuch kaam h so I'll talk to you later!" saying this, Hema stormed off. Sameer huffed.
"Abhi k liye to bach gya, lekin ye shaam ko bhi picha nhi chhodegi. Kya karu..kya karu..Munna! Munna ko call krta hu." Sameer dialed Munna's number hoping he would help him.
"Haan Sameer, bol." Munna answered his call.
"Arey sun, tu aaj shaam ko free h kya?" Sameer asked him in a hurry.
"Tu ladko se bhi aise sawaal krta h!?" Munna joked, only to receive a "shut up!" from Sameer.
"Wo Hema ko mere sath coffee date pe jana h, lekin mujhe nhi jana. Tu bacha le mujhe mere bhai!" Sameer spoke in a tone of misery.
"Arey yaar, aaj shaam ko to Swati k sath jana h. Aaj nhi ho payega," Munna replied sadly, "tu use mana kyu nhi kr deta?" he added.
"Arey wo us khadus manager ki beti h. Gussa aa gya to jeena haraam kr degi!" Sameer said with wide eyes.
"Sorry yaar, main help nhi kr paunga aaj." Munna said helplessly.
"It's OK!" with that, Sameer hung up.
"Ab kisko puchu??" he started thinking again, and had another idea, "ab ek hi insan bacha sakta h.. Naina!!"
