This is actually a symbol that how the boy Rohan is pressurized.
Rohan doesn't sleep well. He wakes up with a very small sound. Why?

It is just at the top of his bed on the head...who can sleep with a schedule on his head? Rohan is an example of over tortured boy. His room is decorated with his mom and his photos...a way of showing up. That is absolutely not natural. Even if Rohan is Bishaka's own son...why so much showing up? Who keeps mom's photo all over the room at this age. This boy has no life. He is just a robot ruled by Somani and Dadi Somani.
May be Sameer who now hates his steps will soon realize that actually Rohan and Deepika are more tortured in this "Mad house" in the name of "raising children" properly.
Their house is more like a military camp. Sometimes listen to Papa Somani or Daadi Somani. 😭
So I think that schedule is just a symbolic way to explain these mad ppl.

See in 10th...such schedules are very common... especially for people who are serious in their studies...and as we have seen that vishakha and somani both keep on chanting rohan's name for being the best in everything...so maybe thats how he has been brought up by dadi ... just to bring out the difference between the two step brothers they have highlighted this😛

because dadi is a control freak...and she has made somani like that. everything has to be perfect, has to work like clockwork, son has to be best at everything so he must do everything on time...so they have made him a robot. like somani said, they believe too much love and indulgence spoils children, so they have to be kept busy and under tight control. basically, over achiever banana hai. rohan is just that. and overachiever who is trying harder and harder just to get better at everything he is doing. no childhood left.
