I guess we should write on shashi sumeet production site, CVs Twitter, pass message through Randeep and Ashi. But it should be done by one person who can write well and bring out the changes and disappointments clearly and we all should support that post without being bitter or abusive. The same post should be on every site , page, forums, twitter etc
