People, i just rewatched the episode..I think it was done fine ..The pain, the slow realization of whats happening...Sameer's reaction...felt quite natural..sometimes even when we are caught off guard, we dont know what to do next...like when the thief is actually infront of you, you cant scream for help, you lost your voice...I think Sameer's reaction was something like that...

There were other aspects of it that I loved too..When his Nanu was fightling life, he couldnt hear the phone ringing and the world just paused..I loved how they didnt make it too dramatic ..he knows his priorities any given day.

Today I liked that they played the title track when Naina and Sameer were getting dressed.

Considering what was coming up next, glad that they did not put some movie song in BG.

Farewell party scenes were a dud. What was the point of all the students dressing up so well when they hardly had any dialogues or screen time.

Kamya was looking very beautiful today. I still did not understand why her voice was muted out.

Who told Arjun to talk or sing and I am guessing he did song "Papa kehte hain".

LOL Pandit does not even recognise the Samosa girl.

Funny scene was when Arjun started to sing, Pandit closed his ears. 😆

Munna and Swathi progressed a little further today. Good for them

Naina told Preeti that Sameer left from Shefali's house very late, so he must have overslept.

Like seriously, who writes such illogical dialogues. Sameer was not attending a late night party in Shefali's house that he stayed till the wee hours of the morning and I noticed the time in Shefali's room wall clock yesterday, it showed 4 40 in the evening. That is not late.😕

Coming to Sameer and Nanu scene, very emotional.

CVs have been telling us about Judai from yesterday and today Nanu's dialogues felt like a Good bye to Sameer. 😭

I am kind of relieved that Sameer came back to take his camera and found his Nanu lying on the floor. Imagine if he had gone to the party and came home to find his dead Nanu, that would have been more worse.

But the muted voice of Sameer was the biggest disappointment in the episode. Randeep is so good in voice modulation and he lost a good opportunity to show how well he could have conveyed what Sameer must have gone through by modulating his voice.

Director did a very bad job here.

Precap: Let us wait and watch. What is the use of all these speculations when we know story will be going through some very rough patch soon.

PS: From where did this sister of Sameer and Rohan come from? 😕

Ok Adding a little more, did you all notice the bindi packet from which Naina selected the bindi to wear. In those days that's how Bindi packets were. 😊

Arti even I have a feelin it wil b tat lille one whom Sameer wil have proper conversations in delhi i think..i jus cant imagine how hes gonna survive there wit these animals,Vishaka included.. I have never liked her earlier too for she always compared sameer with Rohan but today aft cin the pics wit Rohan, I actually have lost al respect..cant imagine sam breakin down cin al this nonsense.. I knw hel b desperate to move to Ahmedabad but wil Somani agree so easily.. I think wit the property of Nanus on sams name ,wil make Somani more wicked ..As long as Naina n Sameer r in touch on the ph, i think sam wil start healing but thn if taiji cuts al these connections,wonderin how thyl manage... leavin Somani aside,I hope Vishaka stops comparing sam wit Rohan in front of Rohan..

How is it the daughter was never mentioned. Why suddenly have another kid? Is this to make Vishaka look abla nari types and justify why she thought it was okay to sacrifice the life of one son to raise another family.

In one of the earliest arguments right around the headboy times, only once Sameer told Somani, "Umeed rakhna hai to apne bachon se rakhiye. Main aapka beta nahin hoon." I thought the dialog was a mistake and he only meant Rohan and by mistake said bachon instead of beta. So this is why this Delhi track is all hush hush then?

Sameer has always grown up in hostels and has been alone for many years. And one of the earliest conversations between Vishaka and Nanu seemed to imply that Vishaka married about 7-8 or even 10 years back and her remarriage affected Sameer. Instead of calming his fears and trying to make him gel with the new family Vishaka sent him to boarding schools... I remember Nanu specifically telling her that he is emotionally affected and all he needs is love and care. Looked like Sameer never had much connection to Delhi.

Question is:

Are both kids Vishaka's step kids? Maybe Somani lost his wife when the girl was little and he married Vishaka so he can get a mother for his young boy and baby girl. But he made sure that Sameer never became part of this world and Vishaka devoted all her time and energy to his kids. And somehow vishaka has not realized the damage she has done to Sameer.

OR

Is the girl her own daughter? How come Nanu has no connection to the girl then?

Also forget Nanu, if Vishaka is the girl's biological mom won't Sameer have a relationship with the girl? Shouldn't he since they would be having the same mother, she's his sister as well?

OR

Has Vishaka alienated Sameer so much that he doesn't even know he has a sister? Seems so odd. And how can Nanu not mention her even once, not even when talking to Vishaka alone? Again its odd.

What hurt when I saw the photo was Sameer doesn't even have such a photo with his mom... that seemed so heartless. How can she be so loving to the other kids and treat her own son like an outsider? To whom she sparingly gives only conditional love when she finds the time? Ouch. Didn't Vishaka ever feel it was necessary to treat all her kids equally.

Sorry Nivi... I really wish I hadn't seen those two photos today... I may have just opened a large can of worms... I can delete this post if you wish...
