Naina not been topped is clear but what about attending exams

On farwell day morning sameer would take naina to nanu.They both would take blessings from nanu n sam dropping naina in school n coming back to home n might know about nanu getting heart attack .Next day naina would leave to village in aware about sam's condition.If there is any death sequence then rituals may be completed within 1 week.By d time naina's family plans to return to Ahmedabad Sam's family would be moving to delhi or nanu's native place.In between we'll get a hit n miss of samina..Higher possibility of both seeing each other but conversation would not be possible n this may leave naina confused.By d time naina reaches Ahmedabad sam would be left n his letter would reach her.In this process of reading letter naina would leave her exam in middle.

But what about sam he'll not attend exams??.Then how he can be moved 12th standard.

I don't why but I have a strong belief that naina will enter in maheshwari house during summer holidays but don't know how
