Why sameer never wears a helmet?

Isn't it a crime to ride two wheelers without a helmet?... Also isn't tripling in bike also a punishable offence?... Or is it that those days rules weren't that strict?

There was no helmet rule that time... and even the rules were not strict back then... people used to drive without even proper license... I was in school and college in 90s... i used to drive my luna and kinetic without any helmet and license 😊

Only driving license was mandatory. Helmets were not a legal requirement.. hardly anyone wore them. I rode a two wheeler from 1993 to 2003 in India and never owned a helmet. Riding triple seat was also fairly common., though it could occasionally land people in trouble with the Traffic hawaldar or Mama as we foundly referred to them! But that was only when they had a higher up overseeing their performance on an adhoc basis.

Yeh un dino ki baat hai uss time traffic rule nhi honge 😆

Kayede se Sameer Ko bike bhi nhi chalani chaiye.. school me toh student Ko allow hi nhi hota hai students bike se aaye 😆

un dino college students ke paas bhi bike hoti thi kya?
