First of all, I'd never thought I would be waiting for a Monday impatiently.
This week was easily one of the best weeks for YUDKBH viewers. The episodes, the precaps for every episode (which made it impossible to wait for 24 hours), AshDeep's live chat, segments, V-day's wish in filmy style AND the V-day's Mumbai segment! Not a single night passed without us smiling so wide our cheeks start hurting (at least mine wasš)
& the songs selection, UFFF! Hats off to the person/team in charge of choosing the right (read: perfect) songsš! All the songs, be it for Sangeet performance or SamAina scenes, were perfectly chosen - even the lyrics match! UFFF UFFF
My favourite thing about this week (& I believe next week too) is that we all knew what was coming before the episode was aired, call them 'spoilers' but none of them have 'spoil'ed our mood while watching them in the episodes. We were shown the pin scene, yet our heart rate sped up when it was actually shown. We knew Naina will melt after Arjun's truth came out, yet we smiled so wide when we heard "Sameer ki wajah se". We saw the bottle romance scene before the episode, yet we went crazy when that was shown. And last night, we all knew Sameer will come with Baraat, yet weren't we feeling anxious along with Naina as well? (I was anxious ke kahin Sameer k entry Monday tak na postpone karde, this week has been so perfect, agar Naina Sameer ko dekhe bina week end ho jaate toh kuch adhoora lagta. Now, it's perfect!) Naina's annoyance when Aashiqui's song still haven't been aired was so relatable. Aur phir, Hero k entry with the trio's naagin danceš & his ishaara to his Heroine, asking her to come downš³ AND the fans ko tadpaane ke liye rakkha PRECAP! Jaan lelo humari!
Anyway, is it just me but does anyone else feel as if one of our relative's getting married?š Whole week long, I've been humming 90s shaadiwala gaane.
P.S. I guess we need this weekend to stabilise our hearts, no?š
