She is mine.That's the state our lover boy is living in. Fridays episode showed Sameer trying to conquer different facets of their relationship thru his actions, hoping that his lady love will get his message. The best part was that he has understood what Naina is for him and how much he needs her in his life. With clarity in his mind action seemed a very easy task for this lover boy.
His statement ,yar jiska pyar pane ke liye mein yeh sab kar raha hun, woh mujpe barosa hi nahi karthi hai clearly showed how much he was affected by that statement . He wanted her to trust him as he understood in love and partnership trust is the most important element. But NOW , It was like getting back to square 1.
Even then he didn't loose hope or think of going away from there. He knew he had to put even more effort to win back that TRUST. But he wasn't sure in their relationship was the trust lost or broken. If its broken it can be mend but when lost finding it back was very difficult.
Thanks to Arjun who gave Sameer an opportunity to find it out. His plan to bring Arjun's truth was like having one shot aimed on two targets.
They say god is with people who are willing to work their way up the ladder. It turned out so true for Sameer. When her dress tore, he offered to help her. Though initially she denied taking help , his statement that he would not want anyone to see her this way ,as he would not like it, made her realise the intensity of his affection for her. She understood he was claiming her as his and no one had the right to see her this way as she was only meant for him. What else would a woman want rt?? That too when the man she thought had betrayed her was there standing right in front of her trying his level best to win her love back. She handed him the "SAFETY PIN to mend her dress with the promise that he will keep his eyes closed. She could have taken her brother's help. She could have taken Pooja/Preethi/Swathi s help. But she chose him instead of them. He knew at that moment trust was NOT LOST , it was just BROKEN. With closed eyes he got on to the task of mending the trust and the dress.
A woman allowing a man this close, trusting him to feel her body with closed eyes and still feel safe and secure showed clearly to Sameer what he meant for her. There are two quotes that comes to my mind with this scene...
People should fall in love with their closed eyes
( Isnt it true , he fell in love with a closed eyes. He doesn't even know when he fell in love with the worlds most famous padaku Bahan ji Naina. Her physical appearance was the last thing that came to his mind. Only in Fridays episode did he actually notice her as a woman till then the connect was only emotionally )
You can close your eyes to things that you don't want to see but you cant close your heart to things that you don't want to feel.
(He agreed to close his eyes and not see . But after he saw her in that dress , do you think his heart wouldn't have wanted to touch her, be close to her , feel her warmth , hold her in his arms and try to keep her safe there seeing to that nothing would harm her ??)

When Arjun's truth came out in front of Naina, it was another feather on his cap . He knew she trusted him even before it happened. But clearing his image in front of Naina was important for him. When Arjun hugged Naina , you should see his face . It spoke a lot of emotions that ONLY a possessive man in love can understand. A brother hugging his sister is very common . There is nothing wrong in it but the circumstance under which this happened is what made that scene so relatable. Because Naina's expression clearly showed that she was disappointed with her brother's action. He was liking the fact that Naina was angry at Arjun . When Naina said to Arjun that he blamed Sameer stating that he was making use of your situation , but now the truth is out...Sameer's expression was on the spot.
I am sure for Naina's happiness Sameer will help Arjun to win the match but I am not sure if Arjun will do the same for Naina when it comes to her affection for Sameer. Only time will tell.
But for our possessive lover boy it was a day of victory. He cleared his image in front of his love. Mended the broken trust , helped her with her malfunctioned dress, told her what he thought about her body and for the first time he made it clear that she belonged to him.
