The show didn't give any sort of explanation about Naina's mother's death. So I guess the moment Naina was born, being the smart girl she is, she plotted a scheme to murder her mom along with the other intelligent, boring, behenji infants. They quickly learned how to walk and then eventually chocked Naina's mother with a stethoscope. This concludes the story of how Naina took her mom when born.
