Wonderful post. We have all discussed this in many posts. Sameer was always a gentleman, very decent guy. Yes, his circumstances had made him angry and bitter and he used to play immature pranks and get in trouble. Maybe that was the only way he figured his mother would see him. He is also a poet, and artistic people are always sensitive and he is too. Another thing is he never lets his friends get in trouble because of him. In truth this guy has more sanskar than all the Agarwals who keep preaching it.

Sameer is one of the best written tv characters with such an awesome character growth. Soon he will become perfect in every manner.

Lovely post.
First, I think we should give credit to the writers for etching out his character so well. A boy who was almost abandoned by his only parent, his mom at childhood, was so misunderstood by many. (I mean the characters in the show). Yet, as the show progressed, we saw how Sam was only mischievous not vile, had a soft heart not cruel, wanted genuine love from someone especially his mother but was denied...his reputation was tarnished by the Agarwals...yes he took part in bet...but showed regrets during the later half of the bet, saved a girl's reputation by taking the blame on himself, accepted his crime and is ready to serve the punishment and serve as "naukar" for the very people who tarnished his reputation...all for the sake of true love...Sam's heart was locked with love and he just needed someone to unlock it. Naina did it for him. It is how Munna very rightly said...Naina has changed him from head to toe...and heart comes between head and toe and so heart has changed too...really love the way this character is shaping up...very well written.
