Good positive post Nivi. I feel episode was ok today... it was clearly a stepping stone for the next track and cvs made no attempt to hide that aspect. 😆 these are some of the things I liked:
Hi-5 regarding Taiji. She is the right person for Rakesh. She is so spot on with her assessment of him. She knows she is going to end up helping in some way but she is not willing to bend over backwards trying to please Rakesh or stoke his false ego.
Next one I liked was when Nanu shut up Rakesh with that bang on the table. Rakesh had to quieten then. Couple of times he got up and almost pushed the chair down. Also liked his protective gesture for Sameer when Rakesh lunged at him... as if he was assuring the boy.
But what I liked most and I have mentioned this a few times in the last few days. In my opinion Sameer passed a test, he proved he has truly changed. With all that instigation he refused to take the bait or get angry. He even explained that to Mundit later... he understood where Arjun was coming from. That show how much he has grown and matured... he is willing to see another's POV. And he clearly refused to get into any bets. Only when Arjun hit Munna Sameer accepted to continue playing for a few more balls, take a few more hits from Arjun before walking away. Bravo Sameer!
Finally, even though Sameer is going to help Arjun as a punishment, he is still rusticated, correct? So now the only way he can come back is if Arjun could clarifies that this was an accident. Sameer didn't fight him or push him but actually tried to save him. And I hope he will do it as he comes to know Sameer more in the next few days.
Also, I think everyone did act to their character... the biggest blooper for me is Arjun shouting about the bet and his sister... seriously Arjun, you are mad on her behalf and you proceed to literally drag her name in the mud? 😲 You know I hope Arjun gets some good lessons seeing Sameer help him. He needs to change soon otherwise he is in grave danger of becoming another angry jerk like Rakesh, minus the MCP part to some extent.
What I didn't like most was chachaji's attitude in the hospital towards Bela. Even though it's been only one day since that big fight yesterday morning but still... I really want Bela to ask him about this in context to all the marriage vows. I want her to ask him how can she trust him now? Trust goes both ways and chacha is taking this too far. And even after Naina points out that they need a mother figure!
And I didn't like Naina staring and accusing Sameer so much... again she is doing it without knowing the truth. All she knows is she saw the two boys involved in a fight from far and when she came close Arjun was falling. This did not make Sameer the bad guy instantly, right? But I also think this is to show how much she will regret, so we have to beat these illogical tantrums from her for now. 🥱
Aarti: I am so glad our thoughts match on the episode🤗. Too many loopholes, inconsistencies is what made me not like the episode as much as I wanted to. I am in for drama but not this kind of drama where the hero has officially become like the Indian TV female lead.
Yeah.. today I ask brother over wife question to Chachaji. The other day when the fight happened I understood where he came from but yesterday was taking it too far. The brother verbally abuses your wife again for what for wanting to take care of the kid and he is ok with it. I wish Bela doesn't forgive Chachaji so easily.
Oh ya, Nanu banging on the table and literally shouting Mr. Rakesh Agarwal, that is enough was superb 👏 He almost flung the chair and went and stood in support of Sameer. 👍🏼
Sameer understanding Arjun as a brother was really good. Sameer is rusticated, maybe he gets back to school only after Arjun recovers and Arjun sees the other side of Sameer accepting his own mistake. Kids take on what they see in their parents. You are right, he is on the verge of becoming Rakesh jr. I think Shefali and Sameer are going to be change Arjun for the better.
