So many questions... Is that why she was in hospital?? Sameer has disappeared in precap... Maybe he's with fainted Naina?

No.. There is a scene where bothof them are sitting in different buses and she closes her window.. So its not because she is in hospital..

I think She will faint and Swati will come and take her..

my guess is sameer saves naina and leave her with swathi and tells her not reveal this to naina
