I hope you've not already discussed it before.

How has the show delivered in duplicating authenticity of 90s fashion? I think its Hit-n-miss .

If they completely copied 90s clothes, the show would not look very good. They have to cater to senses of current audience as well.

In my opinion

Sameer - They are mostly right here, his style is heavily inspired by Salman in MPK

Naina - Its hit-n-miss. I remember A line dresses in 1990. But she wears a few Kaftaan style dresses that weren't in 90s. I remember we wore Midi-dresses, Skirt-tops and frocks. The Baloon-style sleeves is also authentic.

Shefali - Is total MISS. The shorts , off shoulder tops that she wears is so 2017s. Sometimes she wears Midi-dresses like 90s, but its usually a miss

Pooja - Her dressing is also authentic. She got Chandani look right 😆

I can't think of more people...keep adding more styles, hits and miss

@Kavi - Your brother is Sherlock 👏. He noticed Fibre frame glasses.
For Ramesh's Safari Suit, they didn't get the colour right. I'll post if I find any pic of the most popular Safari suit colour here.

Kaaftaan style was not common in 90 but girls did wear it around 80 so considering those days we wore the dejected clothes of our elder siblings, it could be a pass, probably those were Pooja's which were passed on to Preety and Naina, so that is acceptable for me

Shaifaali dress is as you said totally a miss, especially those off shoulders and jeans shirts, just to show her modern they are giving her those but you couldnt get those dresses in market back then, so even the richest could not get that

Shafali is miss miss. I mean we had few Christians in our community and they used wear knee length frocks but off shoulder T-shirt and short I have never ever seen them wearing.

Rakesh's safari suit absolutely perfect. Sameer munna, pundit Naina they all perfectly dressed. I don't know but was polka dots in at that time. 😕 .. I used have few polka dots frocks 😳
