Previously, in one of my posts, I had stated that I would avoid watching YUDKBH as it is connecting with me at a very personal level.
But again, seeing the forum comments in the last 4 to 5 days and all the discussion on the sweet moments, made me watch the show. It takes me to that sweet spot of my teenage all over again.

But yesterday's episode avalanched me back to those 10 painful years after my teenage love vanished due to indifference from HER. The pain lasted more than 10 years until I found love after 14 years of the adolescent incident.

I wrote my complete teenage love experience and how it affected me so many years in the forum here - The Happiness and Pain of Teenage Love (A true 9life 0s to 2000 Story)

Seeing yesterdays episode, was so painful. I get shudders thinking about the emotional pain, the character of Naina is going to get courtesy Sameer. It was very pinching to see the indifference of Sameer to realize the fact that Naina is doing all to get close to him. It felt as if he is not having anger but hatred towards her. Maybe I am overimagining, but that's how it felt.

Imagining Naina's reaction to Sameer's betrayal makes me worried and feel pity for her.

She will feel betrayed, feel anger, develop trust issues that will make her doubt any boy who approaches her in future (even if that boy might have true love for her). And even after all those feelings, she will still not be able to hate Sameer or say anything to him (as she will still be finding it hard to believe, that Sameer really did play with her emotions for a mere bet).

I have myself gone through such emotions for so long.

I know, it's a TV show and hopefully, they will show happier moments moving ahead in the story, for the happy viewing of the fans.

But, any person who has faced a real-life breakup, due to the indifference and careless attitude of his/her lover will definitely find yesterday's episode very painful.

In real-life, such teenage love incidences can create scars for life and has ruined many talented youngsters life - emotionally or academically.

So, I guess, I will be skipping the SHOW from Monday, as I don't want to visit that emotional pain spot in me again.

Though, I will follow the forum to get an idea whats happening from the comments and discussions by all the active members.

At least I won't be feeling highly disappointed as I felt seeing the NOV 3rd Episode.

We need to remember that after all this is a show which has highs and lows and everything can't be good and pleasing every time...but the fact is that they did end up together and how...we need to see...so we should keep up our patience and not be decisive in just one episode...
We've had so many awesome episodes for us...we should be patient 😊

Hi Brave Doc,

You are so right.

As stated before, sometimes I feel surprised that a TV Show can connect with me so deeply. Afterall it is just a show.

Usually, I do not have any affinity for any of the dumb shows showing glossy love (devoid of natural day to day ambiance).

But this show is connecting with so many threads of my past decade of emotions. (the teenage years of love and how things moved from there)

Maybe it will vary from one viewer to another, but for now, it is connecting with so many layers of my past, that I am not able to NOT feel for the character of Naina.

Before I see the next episode, I will watch your comments and proceed.
