They are going to end up with each other. This show is loosely based on shashi sumeet real life story. The future story as I read in you tube was that sameer will end up doing a bet with his friends to make Naina fall in love with him but as the bet proceeds he will fall in love with her seeing her care. Naina will be heart broken knowing about the bet. From There sameer's redemption starts

The way Sadia is narrating is just beautiful brings back so many school memories not the crush I did have crush that was after college!!!!

But the way the school operates and how her brother comes to her class how the afternoons are

The way she is describing her past looks like they didn't end up together but remained good friends!!!!

Naina's voice as a narrator is positive and someone who remembers her past fondly but still I am not sure if they actually ended up together or not.

Fair point about focusing on current track but I am just too curious to know if they actually end up together or not. You see most of the high school crushes don't even turn into romances and even fewer turned into lifelong togetherness, so curious 😛.
