Ishra were checking in hotel raman was following her she got irritated he said there is only one room left and nearby not any rooms are available if she wants she can check ishita said he can stay in her room raman was happy thinking he will able to spend time with ishita and will make everything all right ishita was working raman did something on his mobile and went somewhere it was dinner time raman was still not in room she got worried for him he came with her favourite dinner but she was rude with him he felt hurt ishita thought through this she will bring raman on line she indirectly asked him to sleep on bed ishita ordered ramans breakfast too he was happy he offered her to drop her for meeting she denied raman decided to ask forgiveness from Ishita oh no jot again fight

Emotional Update

There was only one room that both Ishita and Raman

were to stay in

Ishita now is hurting herself and Raman with her rude behavior

while he now wants to apologize

Raman also realizes that they both lack in communication

with each other and that is the reason this fight is staying

Part-20

Ishita completed her meeting and came out of the clients’ office with them. She was about to call the driver when they saw Raman. He came to them with a smile. He exchanged the greetings with the clients. Clients congratulated them for their marriage.

Client1 - We had no idea that you also came here. Have you also come for some work?

R - No. I don’t have any work here.

Female client - Don’t tell me that you just came to accompany your wife?

R - Hmm, kind of that.

Female Client - Ishita, you are indeed lucky. First he came with you leaving his work and now he himself came to pick you.

Male client - What lucky? Yeh Nayi nayi shadi ka bhukhar hai. Let them spend a few months then see. Abhi paas aane ke bahane dhunte hai aur kuch mahino bad, door jane ke..

R - Aur kisi ka to pta nhi but yes, humhe pas rehne ke liye kisi reason ya bahane ki jarurat nhi. Hamara to jab man karta hai tab sath mein aa hi jate hai. Aur vaise bhi waqt ke sath umar kum ho sakti hai, pyar nhi aur jo kum ho jaaye vo pyar nhi. Pyar to bas badhta hi jata hai.

Client - How sweet! Aap kitne saf dil ke hai.

I - No, he is not. Yeh kehte kuch hai aur karte kuch aur hi hai..

She said, looking at him. They looked at her curiously while Raman was thinking what she was going to say..

Client - What?

I (smiling at the clients) - I mean.. jitna acha bolte hai usse kahi jyada karte hai.

Clients - Oh, in that way. Good. We wish you both all the luck for your married life.

Ishra left from there. Journey was silent. She thought he would say something but he didn’t. At the other side, he wanted to talk to her about her behavior but thought not to stretch the matter which could worsen the situation.

Ishra entered their room and Ishita was surprised to see it. He kept Simple decorations along with white lilies keeping in mind that she likes everything simple and sweet. Seeing everything as per her choice, it was very easy for her to guess what's going in his mind, he was well prepared to apologise and she liked it too but she didn't show it.

Raman started apologizing to her.

R - Janta Hu ki is bar Maine kuch jyada hi bol dia tha aur tum mujhse bhot bhot jyada naraz ho. Hona bhi chahiye.. Mistake nhi.. I did a big blunder but believe me….

He was saying while Ishita was neither looking at him nor paying attention towards him or his words which made him feel bad and irritated but he stayed calm. He tried to hold her hand but she didn't and looked away. For each second, his patience was giving up. She told him to complete it fast.

R - What did you say? Make it fast? Let's do one thing.. just leave it here only..

He said sternly, making her confused for his sudden change of mood.

I (softly) - Raman..

R (loudly) - Not a word.. You don't have time.. don't want to hear me, Right? So just leave it.

I - Raman, aap suddenly..

R - suddenly.. When I was trying to be soft with you, tumhe manane ki,sorry kehne ki koshish kar rha tha tab.. you were busy ignoring and taunting me.. taunts to pehle bhi maarti thi but yeh kuch jyada ho rha hai. Aur ab tum aise.. you know what Ishita, abhi tak mujhe laga ki maine tumhe sach mein bhot hurt kia hai isliye tumhara naraz hona banta hai, tumse maafi mangna chahta tha but you know what..you don't deserve it.

Ishita looked shocked.

R - Yes you heard it right. You don't deserve it because meri apology sirf meri jhansi ki rani urf Ishita Iyer ke liye hai.. jo tum nhi ho. Meri Ishita meri har galti par mujhse ladti thi, jhagadti thi, silence bhi milta tha, but aaj jo mere saamne khadi hai na..yeh to koi aur hi hai, because she is ignoring me, my efforts, even hurting me aur khud ko bhi.. Meri Ishita mujhe hurt karna nhi janti..in any situation. Tumhe pta hai jo mere saamne khadi hai yeh kon hai?

Ishita felt bad while Raman came closer to her and continued saying looking into her eyes.

R - Yeh ek wife hai..Ishita Raman Kumar Bhalla hai.. ek typical wife.. jis par ego aur attitude ki chadar dhaki hui hai.. tumhe bura is bat ka nhi laga ki tumhare Raman ne tumhare friends ke saamne tumhe bura kaha.. no. You felt bad and hurt ki tumhare husband ne apni wife ko bura kaha..

Both looked at each other with different emotions.

R - Did you remember? Hamare beech pyar ke shabd nhi the, pyar ki baatein nhi thi bas ek ehsaas tha, feeling thi that we felt. We knew our feelings and we never felt the need to confess it. You forget that. You forget those promises. Tumhi kehti thi na ki typical girlfriend boyfriend ya husband wife aur hamare relationship ke beech mein ek bhot hi thin line hai and we shall never cross it. But this time.. you crossed it.. and tumhe pta bhi nhi chala..

He said, making her realise and feeling guilty.

R (giving her the flowers) - Sorry. I'm really very sorry my dear wife, Mrs Ishita Bhalla, for my ill behaviour that day and my bad words. I promise that I will never say anything against my wife in front of outsiders.. Sorry once again..

He said giving her flowers but she was looking at him with hurt. When she didn't take the flowers, he put the flowers in her hands and left from there.

R - You enjoy your time.. full privacy hai. You didn't want me here na. I'm going out..

Saying so he was going but turned and said not to call him unless it's really important, he will be in the hotel only and will come in night. He left, making her shocked and surprised as the things came out in a very bad way, completely unexpected. She looked at the room and fell down, crying feeling helpless at the situation. She again and again thought about everything which happened in the last few days, his behavior in a drunken state, his realisation and his efforts, then her ignorance and cold behavior towards him. She remembered his words a few seconds ago and then after thinking a lot, she realised her mistake. Both of them made mistakes and hurt each other. The only difference was he did it in a semi conscious state but she was completely conscious. She cried for hurting both of them.

At the other side, Raman was also feeling bad for his behavior on that day plus a few seconds ago, he didn't like to talk to her in that way but the way she was ignoring him, taunting him, talking rudely was making him feel worst especially when he knew well that she also got hurt when he is hurt. Both of them cried feeling guilty.

Later at night, Ishra had dinner together in the room but silently. None started the conversation, they mutually decided not to talk further to avoid any unnecessary arguments at least till they go back to Delhi.

Next two days passed like this. Raman used to drop and pick her for meetings while Ishita also didn't oppose. Then they went back to Delhi after completion of her work. Their families were surprised to see the change as the situation was totally reversed. This time, Raman was annoyed with Ishita. Seniors didn't indulge themselves much but Simmi and Mihika asked Ishita while Abhi and Mihir asked Raman about the matter. Ishra shared with them everything. They tried to make them understand not to stretch the matter and to dissolve their differences or misunderstanding. Raman said that he want some time to be alone and got busy in his pending work while Ishita said that she would apologise to him this time and started thinking the way.

Next morning, Ishita decided to make the breakfast but Mrs Bhalla stopped her.

Mrs Bhalla - Chalo finally meri bahu ko kitchen mein aane ka time mil hi gaya..

Simmi - Ma aap aise kyu keh rhi hai.. typical saas to nhi ban…

Mrs Bhalla - Chup kar. Saas to banne de. Arey meri bahu ko aaye itne mahine ho gaye hai lekin us ashok, business aur in dono ke jhagdo ki vajah se shadi ke rasmein to hui hi nhi.

Simmi - To abhi kya karna hai?

Mrs Bhalla - Karna kya hai.. jo beet gaya usse chodo par, jo ab ho sakta hai usse to main jarur karungi. Ishita puttar chal aaj teri pehli rasoi ki rasam karte hai. To aaj ka breakfast, Teri pehli rasoi ke nam. Thik hai puttar.

I - Ji mummyji. Main bna dungi.

Mrs Bhalla - Good. Simmi ja tu Iyer aur Raghav mansion mein bolde ki aaj ka breakfast yahi hoga.

Simmi - ji ma.

After some time, Raman came out of his room and saw everyone sitting on the dining table all excited. Abhi told the matter. He too sat and soon Ishita brought the breakfast on the table. She served everyone. Simmi said that Raman should eat first. They asked him to have it. He had a spoon of Kheer made by her and all looked at him, waiting for his comment. Ishita was eagerly waiting as he was annoyed with her also. Raman had it and thought,

R (thinking) - Wah! Zindagi mein mithas ki kami to thi hi, ab kheer mein bhi meetha nhi hai.. Kya karu?? Pehli rasoi..hmmm..

Abhi - Words nhi mil rhe kya?

R - Kya?

Simmi - Kheer itni achi bani hai ki express karne ke liye words nhi hai..

R - Nhi vo..(looking at Ishita) kuch jyada hi achi bani hai. I mean it’s very tasty.

He said hiding the truth, so that she won’t feel bad while the rest of the family started having it, making him realise. Before he could do anything, all had it and looked at him. He looked down, closing his eyes thinking his truth came out but felt relieved listening to them.

Mrs Bhalla (smiled) - Meri pyari bahu ne bnai hai to achi kaise nhi banegi.

Mr Bhalla - Hmm, very delicious puttar.

I - Mujhe to laga kahi meetha jyada to nhi ho gaya..

R - ha bhot jyada hai..

I - Kya?

Simmi coughed listening to him. Ishita looked at them confused.

S - Good, very tasty.

All had it slowly while Raman was eating more and more so that nothing was left behind for Ishita because if she would get it, she may feel bad knowing that she forgot to add sugar. Ishita looked at him confused for his behavior and asked if he was fine. Before he could say, Abhi said,

Abhi - It’s okay Ishita. Let him eat it. Hota hai.. shadi ke bad biwi ki pehli rasoi ho, to hota hai..

Simmi - Ha Raman bhai, we understand. hota hai..

Ishita - Kya hota hai?

Mihika - Ohho Akka, hota hai.. hota hai.

Seniors smiled and joined them. Raman felt embarrassed and left clearing the whole bowl of kheer while Ishita’s confusion was at peak. She went into the kitchen to bring more paranthas.

I - Ho kya gaya hai sabko? Itna strange behave kar rhe hai. Aur Raman bhi na, kaise laba-lab khaye ja rhe the, jaise sadiyon se khaaya hi na ho. One second, it’s so strange na. Raman ne itna meetha khaya.. ok I agree, unhe ghar ka bna hua kheer aur halwa bhot pasand hai but still.. yeh kuch jyada tha. Maine itna acha bnaya hai ki.. ya bat kuch aur hai? Ab pta kaise chalega, unhone to kuch choda hi nhi mere liye, sara kha gaye. Mere Bhukkhad patidev.

She was talking to herself when a maid reminded her that she had kept a bowl of kheer for them.

I - Arey ha, abhi aap logo ne nhi khaya hai. Bas ek spoon kha kar check karungi ha..

Maid smiled at her. Ishita took a spoon of kheer and was shocked.

I - Oh no. Yeh maine kya kia.. meetha to dalna bhul hi gayi main. Aur sab logo ne yahi kha lia. Stupid hu main bhi.

She thought and realised that she got a call from an office employee and she forgot to add sugar. She went out and saw everyone enjoying aloo paranthas made by her. She thanked god that she made at least one good dish. Everyone was eating and praising that after a long time, they had food made by her. After breakfast, Mr and Mrs bhalla were giving her the presents for the rasam.

I - I’m sorry mummyiji papaji, ek to vaise hi hamari shadi ki sari rasmein aap log nhi kar paaye the aur meri pehli rasoi hui bhi to vo bhi main thik se nhi kar paai. I’m really very sorry. Yeh nek main nhi le sakti..

Mrs Bhalla- Aisa kyu bol rhi hai puttar..

I - I know, main kheer mein meetha dalna bhul gayi..

Mr Bhalla - Teri pareshani ka hal to tune khud de dia.. Puttar tune jaan bujh kar nhi kia. bas bhul gayi, aur yeh to kisi se bhi ho sakta hai na. Aur yeh to bas rasam thi, hum to jante hai ki hamari bahu kitchen mein perfect nhi hai but she is a very nice chef.

Mrs Bhalla - Aur puttar nek ke liye mna nhi karte. Vaise bhi tune pehli rasoi mein aloo ke paranthe bhi to bnaye the, ek dum lajawab. Dil chota na kar..

Both gave her the presents.

I - But aap logo ne kuch bola kyu nhi. meetha hi to dalna tha, main..

Simmi - Ishita, Don’t you think ki you should ask this to someone else.. The one who started it.

She said, making her realise.

I - Oh.. Main to bhul hi gayi. Raman ne to.. main unhe dekh kar aati hu, I hope unhe koi problem na hui ho.

Mrs Bhalla - Ha puttar, tu puch le usse kuch chahiye to nhi.

Ishita left to their room while everyone smiled seeing their bonding.

Simmi - They are so strange. Ek pal ladte hai aur dusre pal care karte hai. bhai naraz the par Ishita ki bnai hui dish chup chap kha gaye, yeh soch kar ki usse bura lagega.

Mr bhalla - that’s why I say ki leave them on their own conditions.

Mr Iyer - ha, ladenge jhagdenge but they will sort it out on their own.

Mrs Iyer - ha dheere dheere dono khud is rishte mein dhal jaayenge.

All prayed for them…

Ishita came out of meeting room she was about to call driver when all saw raman coming clients asked if he is there for his work or for his wife raman said for his wife clients were praising raman one client said they are newly married once few months will be passed they will got bored of each other loved ramans reply ishra reached hotel ishita was surprised seeing decoration she knew raman is going to apologise raman was saying sorry to ishita ishita was pretending to ignore him he got hurt he made her realize her mistake too both ishra were crying after two days they returned back to delhi all notices raman is annoyed with ishita toshiji asked ishita to do her first rasoi ishita agreed she prepared kheer and aloo paratha haha raman is so cute he priased kheer which didn't had sugar all also had it and looked at him all were teasing him he was embarrassed ishitas pov was nice she got to taste kheer and realized her blunder she was happy atleast aloo paratha was good she said sorry to toshiji loved toshiji she is so nice mother in law ishita got worried for raman
