I am reminded of your duplicate Chuhi theory. That is the funniest of your theories actually.

it is not Nikhil for sure. First, They won’t show so many people getting plastic surgeries done. That’ll be making a big joke of the show than what it already is. So he is not any old character coming back with a plastic surgery.

Today he had a dream of some woman crying for help in some kind of accident. I guess it is related to his past.

But my doubt he knows about injections n what he is doing , so he can be doctor..
