Truly biwi’s mind is playing games. Ishita is indeed in deep shock. She is not ready to accept that Raman is dead despite there being evidence to suggest the same. She needs some kind of psychiatric help.

I feel Ishita's mind is stuck at that point where she got to know that Raman is dead which is why her mind n heart refuses to believe that n is having dual personality.
