The episode fell flat for me due to many reasons :
1) Ishita - Ruhi connect destroyed badly. The conversation which Ruhi had with Ishita to convince her to take medicine was very good but it would have been effective if Shagun or any other family member would have not got involved it.
Ruhi should have held the morcha from the moment Ishita denied taking juice from the Nurse then the scene would have looked beautiful and that Song would have had meaning , currently it was mockery.
2) Trying to prove Ishita Great : That random talk with a stranger and that too for so long was totally pathetic. Ishita was a patient due to which the nurse did not allow her to stay with her husband but allows a stranger to have such a long conversation. đđź
The conversation would have looked way better with a family member like Toshi ji , Mrs.Iyer etc rather than a random stranger and it also needed to be constructed more properly as I failed to feel Ishita's emotions for Raman except in her final line, it was useless.
3) Ishita's talk with Raman : Ishita's talks were light hearted and mostly directed towards family. Would have enjoyed it more if Ishita could have been shown breaking down at some point and asking him to come back for her rather than only family.
I think the earlier hospital scenes had been written way more maturedly and properly, today's one was written very badly.
And somebody please throw this new Toshi ji out as she behaves and cries like a toddler rather than an adult. Her acting is really pathetic and turns me off the moment she starts blabbering dialogues.
