I'm talking abt if ishita's patience can be accepted & applauded wen she forgives Raman for his actions, venomous words then y not accept her patience for forgiving Roshni as even Roshni accepted her mistake & aplogised,y use her patience as an excuse to justify her reactions to raman's Words & actions only..
Since by nature she is patient & tolerant she forgives, tolerates & digest everyone's ( including Raman, shagun & Roshni)bad actions or words easily that's wat I'm saying..

I was not d one who talked abt her patience I just compared d reaction Raman & Ishita in my prev post then Sri said both r different so their reactions shouldn't b compared.. but I feel comparing two people's reaction to a particular situation is a common thing.. even u & many ppl in d forum HVE compared Mani & raman's Reactions wen their kids r in trouble.. Mani's reaction towards adi during Aalia's acid attack & wen adi slapped her was compared & had been told that his Reactions r similar to raman's Reactions wen his kids r in trouble.. so comparing 2 people's reactions is not happening for the first time

Mani and Raman are 2 different people - so their comparison

But in Ishita's case we are compatible same persons patience. One has different level of patience with near and dear ones and outsiders and Ishita also has the same traits and it has always been showcased.

She has different set of rules for herself, her family members and outsiders.

Whenever she needed to choose between :

- her family member and outsider : choice was family

- her in - laws and parents : choice was according to the situation aroused

- her in-laws, parents and Raman : choice was Raman

- her kids and Raman : her kids

Sarika's case was similar to Roshini's ... Both became pregnant out of wedlock , but during Sarikas time. -- Ishita never - ever did go against Bhalla family totally. She did try and sort out the matter internally but never - ever did she make a big hue and cry about it. Everything was done in silence. Moreover even when Romi did not agree to her words, she did not go against the family and let the matter die.

The 2nd time also when Bhalla family approached Sarika, although she was against the whole idea but still supported them.

Where did her morality and patience go then ?

In Roshini's case, she gave her full support - so much that she went against her own family at every point.

During Roshini's track , Ishita's character was of a selfish person but it was CV's who tried to portray her as Devi. She definitely couldn't forgive Roshini in a blink of a second as what CV's portrayed . If they could have shown that Ishita took time to forgive Roshini, things could have been better rather than showing her forgiving Roshini within seconds. This is where her characterization went wrong.

No doubt her inclusion in a non lead role on a 11 pm show created buzz that helped YHM initially. Shagun was a detailed in depth character in the novel but here, the moment Shagun parted away from Ashok, she lost her importance. Moreover, the novel depicted grey shade characters and was slightly dark themed. YHM was different. It initially grabbed viewers with IshRu chemistry and the mystery man Raman. Then after Ishita_Raman marriage, IshRa's nok-jhok. Raman's tough guy attitude, inner sensitiveness and of course the one liners had made a huge impact on the show's 11 pm legendary success which shockingly many forgot by now. So it's KP-DT-RD who made this show what it is "now" (I mean the golden YHM 😉😆)

Thanks for the reply😛
Not just shagun; ishita, raman, ruhi, adi, ashok, no one is exactly the same like in Custody.
In Custody, the story ends with ishra getting ruhi's custody. Whereas in yhm, the story started from ishra getting ruhi's custody.
In that way, shagun character should end in initial days itself. But they used for her raman's insecurities, adi's custody, stupid surrogacy etc etc

Btw, even you think that anita is not responsible for yhm's success or you think otherwise?

And she would have wanted Adi to give his name to the baby. She would have done this even if the entire Bhalla family including Raman were to be against it. However, in this situation where Adi had died at her own hands, she wanted this baby for her own selfish reasons but she would never have gone to the extent of separating the baby from the mother. That is what differentiates Ishita from Raman and the rest of the Bhalla family. I am not really hailing this as a virtue of Ishita because given the situation whatever she is doing or has done comes across as grave injustice to Aliyah. It's a difficult situation to be in, but for Ishita the baby's well-being would matter as much as her own selfish needs.

@bold ... This situation has aroused earlier in BH during Romi - Sarika's time too.

Ishita did try to give Sarika's baby Roshini's name but Romi and Bhallas denied after that Sarina became history and no one bothered about her till the time Bala did not inform them about Sarika coming down to court to register baby's name.

Ishita shared same type of relationship with Sarika as she shared with Rossini, but still she allowed the matter to pass on as for her - her family is her priority. So she would have done the same with Roshini , had Adi been alive.

Since she killed Adi with her own bare hands, she wanted to get back Adi at any cost - even if it meant going against family .

She had no choice but to let the matter pass on, because Sarika was mighty pissed with the entire Bhalla clan. And I don't think we should be comparing Romi with Adi. Adi was her son and she would feel an added sense of responsibility for her son's actions. From whatever I have understood of Ishita's character, she would not have turned her face away from Adi's son. Beacuse she of all the people does not believe in punishing a child for the parent's mistakes. So had Adi been alive, and if the entire Bhalla family had tried to hush up the pregnancy matter just like they tried to do with Sarika, then Ishita would have stood by Roshni. I am not saying that she would have brought Roshni home, just that she would have ensured her safety and well-being. This is just my POV based on my interpretation of Ishita's character.

TV actress Krishna Mukherjee is happy
that she is part of the successful show
' Ye Hai Mohabbatein'. Krishna plays the
bahu of Raman (Karan Patel) and Ishita
(Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya) in the show.
While, she admits she was a big fan of
the show, she never thought that she
would get an opportunity to act in it.
While Krishna had various tracks to
portray in the show, facing disloyalty
from husband, being in love with an
older man and also the dutiful bahu in
the show, she feels that it is a reflection
of society. She says, "All these things do
happen in society and therefore TV
shows portray what is already there in
the society. I loved playing my role and
am hoping it will get more interesting."
While Krishna is happy acting, there are
rumours that she is more than friends
with her co-actor Aly Goni. She says, "Aly
and my family know each other very well
so I do hang out with him. We go out for
movies, dinners and all but he is only a
friend. There is nothing more than
friends with him. I don't know from
where these rumours started but I am
not seeing Aly."
